ReLISTO Rent Pay allows our Landlord Clients and Resident Customers to pay rent directly. Money each month is debited from the Residents bank account and goes directly to the Landlord's bank account. Unlike more traditional Property Management Services, ReLISTO does not take delivery or hold any funds owned by the Landlord.
A property management specialist will be there to answer your questions, explain our service and fees and arrange a time to come and view the property. We provide service for individual units, single family homes, multi-family residences, apartment buildings and commercial properties. My experience with Joseph Johnston at ReLISTO was uniformly positive. ReLISTO managed the subletting of my property in San Francisco for several years and did so expertly and efficiently, taking care to find reliable tenants as quickly as possible every time the unit became free. I had listed my property on a rental site such as an ABB or HA and the OWNER of RELISTO put his name and number on my property and LOCKED me out. This is very wrong and illegal. Even if the owner says he did not mean to do this, it is impossible. His name is on my listing.

We worked with Eric Baird to lease a studio apartment in Hayes Valley. We couldn't have been happier with the result.
