If you rent from this company, I hope nothing breaks in your unit because it'll take them at least a month to fix it, if you bug them every day.

I'm embarrassed that I didn't notice all of their 1 star reviews before choosing to work with Bay Property Group - I wish I could turn back the clock and make a different choice! It would've saved me a lot of headaches.

This company took over "management" of our residence almost two years ago and it's been the worst experience to say the least, if you are looking at this company...read the reviews, those reviews are true...it's really that bad!
A combination of ignorance, ineptitude, lack of customer service, no response. They don't even answer the phone (I think because they are ashamed to even work there) Jessica Rada who is supposed to be the facilities manager is no help at all, and they even have another one that is worse...Tina Lemon who is pure trash! How can these people still have a job it's out of my

Devon Wong is extremely difficult to get ahold of after signing a lease. Maintenance requests aren't fulfilled until rent is withheld. Recently unable to reach anyone for an after hour emergency in one of their units.
