Our PromiseSkyline uses today's technology to enhance the owner-tenant relationship, not replace it with overseas call centers or untested software. We are here to offer traditional property management, and nothing else. Your tenants can call anytime night or day and speak with a live person. Either with us during the day, or our friendly support staff in Portland in the middle of the night.

We will never have more than 100 units per or 5 owners per employee, and no more than 30 miles away from our office to ensure personal and prompt service every time. Our success is based on tenant retention and owner net income, not trying to hit sales number each quarter. We rely on industry standards like AppFolio and Ring Central.

I've rented from Skyline PMG for about 2 years - from the first time I contacted them for a showing to now, I've had an awesome experience with the Skyline team. Nicholas managed my first move in - he was responsive during the process and even connected me with another resident he knew was selling something I needed. Paul, who maintains the properties, is so friendly, keeps the buildings in great shape, and has been super fast in responding to maintenance requests - sometimes same day!
