This salon is AMAZING! They squeezed me even when I did not have an appointment. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful over the phone. Julia, the nail technician went above and beyond. By far the best manicure I have had in NYC! And for a very reasonable price. I will definitely become a regular here! 10 stars!!!!!

Had the best experience at Bon Bon Salon and Spa! I’ve had a terrible manicure experience at the last place I went to and was super scared to try anything else since then, but Sasha took such good care of me and my nails!!! A great salon experience!! I went for a haircut a few weeks ago and Milla did a fantastic job. She not only styled my hair beautifully but also suggested a suitable shampoo and conditioner for my hair type. I’ve been using it since a little over two weeks and my hair feels amazing! Will definitely go to Milla for my next haircut.

I didn't have an appointment and they did me a courtesy and squeezed me in. Sasha was absolutely great. Gentle on my hands, pleasant personality and my nails are gorgeous. She introduced me to the "cat eye" polish and I love it. The overall experience was nice and friendly.

Just left Bon Bon salon, my first visit. Won't be my last. I had Lolita, she was amazing! She is excellent and a perfectionist. I had a shampoo/blow dry with curls added. I'm getting compliments already after just walking out. My daughter just moved here so I'll be visiting regularly. I will definitely come back to see Lolita!!

But Jack (hair by Jack) did an ABSOLUTE TRANSFORMATION!!!! I've been meaning to post this review for a while. He is a miracle worker. He literally saved my dead, bleached mess of straw hair and made it into a beautiful trendy cut and completely revived my hair. He stayed OVER TWO HOURS AFTER CLOSING to do my hair!!!! Beyond great, this salon is really excellent. They're incredibly pleasant and talented.
I went for the deep condition and blow dry, and it was truly excellent.
The Wash & Deep Condition w/Laila was very thorough and relaxing. She was excellent and their equipment (the sink water pressure, the shampoo they used had this lovely cooling sensation that just felt so refreshing) is really, really good so the wash was thorough and relaxing.
And Senior Stylist Kitty did my blow dry just perfectly; I asked for straight with bend at end, no curls, and that's what she perfectly did. And

Came here for the first time with a Groupon and left very impressed! Ask for Sasha and trust her judgement! I gave her the freedom to do anything for my shellac manicure and she didn’t let me down both times. The polish stayed put with no chipping for over 3 weeks. There was amazing service, I was seated right away, and Sasha spent her time with me. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure!

Vivian just did my hair color (blonde) and made it look very natural. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was also honest about the haircut advice I asked for. Vivian did my hair color quickly and thoroughly, and the grays were covered very well. Everyone there was very nice and the place was sparkling clean and super hygienic and safe considering present day situation. The pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

Came here for a powder manicure with a Groupon. After some of the negative reviews here, I was expecting a very angry Russian lady with a thick accent who will be butchering my nails The experience actually was surprisingly ok. I did have to wait 35 minutes with an appointment and the manicurist, Sasha, did apologize saying it was due to the previous customer running late.
The process was surprisingly gentle. None of my fingers or my cuticles bled. And my manicure turned out nice and lasted me a good two and a half weeks.

My go to salon for doing sns dip powder manicure. I've been here 3 times now for my sns nails and always do my nails with sasha. She is the best! She is meticulous, good good input ans taste for nail and design, very knowledgable, and best part.. doesn't force conversations! I love coming to see her because i trust her and her input, she treats the design and manicure process as a team process between you and her to make sure you leave with the best set of nails. She never nicked me when cutting cuticles.

UPDATE: The owner Yana called me about my experience and offered for me to come back, which was really proactive and nice of her. She was very apologetic and accommodating in her response, and I feel better that they take quality seriously here and that she genuinely tried to make things right.
Graphic description ahead. This salon is in my neighborhood so I finally stopped by for a shellac manicure. The hair salon looks nice. However, the manicure area is in the back and it was full. So I was taken to a fluorescent room further back and it looked like an interrogation room.
