Edited after speaking with the owner of the business. However some of my issues still stand.
During our stay at the property on 611 E. 20th st. Oakland there we spent 3 to 5 months without being able to open our windows or get any sunlight into our unit because they had paid a company to paint the exterior and then the company that they had paid did the job poorly and had to repaint the entire building. This was immensely frustrating as the building has beautiful views of most of the bay. I do realize this was primarily caused by the painting company they chose but I do think the selection reflects
