From a renter's perspective:
We lived in a house managed by Abacus for roughly 3 years. Prior to moving in their team was very responsive, kind, and helpful. Over time, we clearly became less and less of a priority which... is understandable I guess?
They would respond to our service requests and send people out a bit slower year by year. Nothing CRAZY bad, but not GOOD either.
Towards the end of our stay (March to be exact) in one of the properties they manage (a 3 bed/2.5 bath single family home in Glen Park area) it got a bit worse with the world due to COVID-19. I lost my job (was a catering
