I haven’t even moved in yet and I just have to say, this team of ladies at the office is absolutely incredible. Seriously, the best people I’ve ever had to work with at a business ever. They are responsive, answer literally every call and email in a timely manner, and they are so nice. I appreciate you guys!!

Rooms: I had a 3rd floor top story 1 bedroom, and loved it. Everything is clean, well maintained, and modern. Most important to me, the sound - I never heard a single noise from either my downstairs or nextdoor neighbors. Loved my large vaulted ceiling and balcony overlooking a forest.
Staff: I was consistently impressed by how friendly, attentive, and reasonable the staff were. Maintenance requests were no hassle and very prompt. SO much better than some other apartments.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. They pretend like it’s a luxury complex, but there’s trash everywhere, the Dumpsters are always full. Parking has always been a nightmare here, but now they’re doing construction, which makes parking basically impossible. Also, they neglected to tell us about the construction until after we were already moved in. Not to mention, we pay for a balcony and storage that we no longer have access to, indefinitely. Basically, if you’re looking for a quick place this works, but you’re going to be miserable. I’d definitely only use this place as a last

Having been a home owner for the last 45 years, necessity required me to rent an apartment until I can again purchase a home. Bay Court apartments are amazing.....very "home like" in terms of quality appliances, low noise output, gorgeous surroundings, friendly neighbors, and most of all, BRITTANY in the office! Professional, excellent communication skills, extremely personable and accommodating---if it were not for her endless patience with my many, many questions and noted imperfections in my apt., my experience would not be nearly as positive!

We just moved in, and have been so impressed with everything this complex has to offer. From the first time we toured Bay Court, all the way through move in, Brittany has been stellar in assisting us. She took over an hour to show us the property, allowing us time to look at all of the different unit layouts we were considering. Brittany has been patient, kind, and punctual and incredibly responsive to my many questions. She really impressed me by remembering our cats names too! You can tell that Brittany really cares about the residence happiness and comfort, and that they feel at home at Bay
