This apartment has been by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. When brought to with a problem they question everything. They take no responsibility. They do not communicate with the employees or maintenance is in the office. The actual structure of the apartment is also in negligence there is mold inside the walls and instead of doing anything they dry it out and patch it up. It's lipstick on a pig at this place.

I love my apartment at Carvel. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The property is well cared for and always looks beautiful. I wish they had a playground for the children but that is my only gripe. The office NEVER closes early and someone is always available during lunch hours as well. They answer emails and phone messages promptly and are always communicating to the residents via email. The staff is always hosting fun resident events and people actually show up to participate. This really is a great place to live.

The new current management has not been strong. During the snows of the last week and a half, the parking lots and paths have been a joke. Dumpsters are overflowing, which is not all the property fault.
But getting in and out of the parking lots is terrible. Walkways finally cleared a narrow path. I've had to go stay elsewhere for a few days because of the lack of taking care of the lots. This is one more of the issues since renewing lease. Still a great location in Mukilteo, but as of last 6 months it has been rough here.

Bait and switch!!!
The management had switched the day I came in to view an apartment for rent.
The regional manager, the manager, and a girl who helps around at all Coast property's was there that day.
They were all very casual...we were very serious in signing a lease and moving in that day as they had a 1 bedroom available. My dad would have preferred to work with the manager.
As we toured the property she warned us she it was her first few hours on the property and if she got lost to not be upset. Firstly, that didn't upset me that much...but when we got up to the apartment it
