KUDOS go out to Ashton and the staff at Paces Pointe for making my move in a swift, courteous and professional turn around. Being a busy staffer at the Hospital keeps one very busy during these times we are now facing. THANK YOU for assisting me from start to end. I will be referring! I'm so pleased with my new home!

The dishwasher was not secured to the cabinetry. The first attempt to fasten it was unsuccessful, but success was achieved the very next day. The repairman was capable and congenial

The air filter was delivered to the door. We found it later. There was no attempt to help us put it in. I thank God that the lady who helps us clean was here and could help put it in. We could not place it ourselves.

I moved in this past Sunday, and they told me my internet would work immediately, but it didn't. On Monday, I found out that my dryer doesn't work. It's now the following Saturday, and I'm writing this review using my mobile hotspot because I still have no internet, and my dryer still hasn't been fixed. For as much money as this apartment costs, I would hope that there is a reasonable timeline for getting things fixed, but that appears to not be the case. I've sent multiple emails, and received limited response, with no understanding or timeline of when things would actually be addressed and fixed

Very nice community and good management. They will go the extra mile to deal with any issues. I Love my hardwood floors on the first floor. and the daily trash pickup at your door is very nice and helpful.

Avoid Paces Pointe!!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RENT HERE!!!! I am not the type to write reviews, but wanted to warn people. This is a classic bait and switch scam. They tell you one price, then without mentioning anything regarding an increase in that price, they up the rent on the contract. I asked several times for them to adjust it back to what was discussed, but each contract they sent was not matching up to the price. The last contract I was sent, they added 5 additional months to the agreement without saying a word about it!!!! I was told, "we will honor the price we told you" at first. Later was

My fiance and I lived here for a year before we moved out (we bought our own house). The area has a the feel of being in the mountains while it's just a short walk from downtown Matthews. These are great apartments, the staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to help, any problems are always taken care of very quickly. Even though we bought our own house now, we still say that we miss living here.

I was very impressed with the Paces Pointe Staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in experience was pleasant. Due to the current environmental and health challenges that we face I was unsure how things would go but everyone made accommodations that allowed for a successful move. I am looking forward to the next 12 months at Paces! Also, the kids and family love it here already!
