Save yourself the trouble. Management is unorganized and deceitful. Maintenance is nonexistent!!! I been living here 3 weeks and i still don’t have a mailbox key, valet trash can, I pay for an assigned parking spot but someone else use the space everyday, my washing machine/dryer is broken (reported it the day after I moved in) maintenance has yet to even come LOOK at it. This has to be a joke. You shouldn’t have to wait 3 weeks for a freaking mailbox key or a maintenance request. Seriously considering breaking my lease!! I recently moved into the community. I had a good experience with the leasing agent Jamaal, even amidst the changing property management team AND my fairly urgent need for a new space. There are valid concerns for recent bad reviews listed below mine, but that may not be your individual experience in moving into Mission Matthews Place. I intend to let the new management team address any issues that may arise with the urgency they require.

I feel like I am trapped, the apartment wasn’t anything like I expected, I was told it would be a partially upgraded unit and the only thing that was upgraded was the washer and dryer, other than that everything else was old the refrigerator 10 decades old as well as the stove, the countertops are chipped the cabinets are chipped they tried to paint over it but to be honest it should have all just been redone, this unit never should have been rented to anyone until it was fully updated everything in here is 10 to 15 years out of date, after complaining about the stove and refrigerator they finally

I recently moved into the community. My experience has been great. From day one Rayshell has been on point assisting me throughout the move in process. Mike, Tyrone, Jerry and Victor and been awesome taking care of some minor maintenance issues. Everyone here is extremely helpful and professional. I am happy to be a part of this community!

I am writing this review due to application fee was taken then called to informed that no apartments available at this time will refund the fee. I have not received the refund and have called about not getting the refund. I was told the person who informed me of the refund is no longer with company and the manager will be contacting me. I have not been contacted nor received the refund. I am so very thankful that I did not go any further with this apartment company. At this point the manager is not trying to resolve the matter. However those who are looking for residence please by pass this apartment
