I am not moved in yet but the showing and application process was very quick and easy and they helped me with any questions or concerns I had. When I didn't meet the income requirement for the apartment I was looking at, they very quickly and kindly found me one that I met all the requirements for. They are very flexible and communicative and they respond very quickly to messages and emails. I was worried about moving until I found this place and now I'm excited!

We just moved in a month ago and we really like the place so far. Everyone is very friendly, especially the landlord. Our only problem we have had recently are when we clean the walls (we have a 2 year old), the paint comes off pretty easily like they didn't use a primer before painting over everything. But other than that, it's wonderful.

I have been trying to find a good place to live so I contacted Pine ridge apartments I realized they have everything I need they even worked out a plan for me to have a place that I need. They are very understanding about my busy schedule. They also are very nice as well. I have nothing but good vibes for a place I've been wanting to move to. I look forward to moving here, thank you for all your wonderful help!

I haven't moved in yet (less than a month to go!) But from what I've seen and experienced so far, the property manager, maintenance people and other staff have been extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. The neighborhood is very well taken care of, and the apartments themselves are very homey and offer everything you need as a tenant! It seems like a great place to live if you're just getting out on your own like myself!

My girlfriend and I recently applied for an apartment here due to some safety issues at our old apartment. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and understanding. The process was super simple and we had all of our questions answered almost right away via email. The apartments are really nice and decent price as well.

Haven't moved in yet but so far customer service from Nicole has been astounding. She works with the ppl and so does pine ridge. They're quick to accommodate as well as very understanding of tenants. Our friend whom resides at the apartment has said the same plus his place is spacious and very modern. This place is definitely amazing in both quality and in service.

From the moment I moved in I feel in love with how spacious the apartments are plenty of room for me. The staff has been nothing but top notch even the maintenance men are very very cool and friendly and always if I needed something they have been very accommodating to my every need. Cant speak for nobody else but I've had a wonderful experience living here at pine ridge.
