Live there for 6 years maintenance don't do nothing people in the office are lazy hallways were always dirty and they said for the whole 6 years I lived there they were going to open the pool which they never did they don't have no outside lighting for neighbors at night just please trust me don't live there 😡

I lived at pheasant ridge for 8 yrs i believe .. i was a single mom with a pet .. the staff got me in when noone else would .. i lived in bldg 3524 i absolutely was ok with the place . i wish the pool was open , but unfortunetly it didnt happen .. they went thru 3 diffrent mgrs before amber finally came back & started enforcing rules the playground is now a dog run which is pretty cool .. its pet friendly .. i had zero problems with any!!! roaches or bugs or mice .. companies came & sprayed at least once a month & inspections reguraly .. its not a extravagant place to live , but it was home to

Be extremely careful when renting with this property. The apartments are not up to code. Be very vigilant when it comes to your payments and lease ask for copies of EVERYTHING. If you are a foreigner, please have someone look over your lease and any door letter attachments as they are asking those renters for more money then they should be paying and fooling alot of renters who dont know the rental laws into paying fees and additions to their rent with fraudulent reasons. This company has been on the news for not keeping up with the property and the management is terribly horrible. I HIGHLY recommend

I scheduled an appointment for a viewing I called right before and they said yes continue to come at 10 am then when I arrived the two lady’s in the office talked for a good 5+ Mins before addressing me put on there coat took one step outside then said they don’t do viewing in the rain idk what seeing the inside of an apartment has to do with the weather... and made me reschedule after diving all the way there before work then I was talking to my co workers and they all said DO NOT live there from personal experience or the viewing they saw was enough for them then reading the reviews and crime

I know there's a lot of complaints about this place but I've been here for almost 3 years and (Property Mgt.Amber Martin) has been one of the most wonderful people I've ever met. On occasion there was… miscommunication between tenant and landlord but she always gets back and always ends positive! Also anywhere where there's a beautiful and genuine smile I think people deserve to be!

I have lived at Pheasant Ridge for the better part of a decade and anytime I’ve had any issue, big or small, it was taken care of accordingly and in a timely fashion.
Makayla and Amber have been great with all of my needs and are always able to help with any questions I have. I wish I knew the Maintenance guys names but they have also done a great… fixing whatever issues I’ve had with my apartment.
Between that, the incredibly affordable living cost and the bus route stopping just across the street, Pheasant Ridge is the best fit for me.

I've lived at Pheasant Ridge for 15 years now. As a young adult, trying to find an apartment can be daunting. But the staff made it so comfortable and easy. The price is reasonable based on your income and the community is quiet and nice. In 15 years I've never had one complaint. When my fridge finally went out. The staff worked as fast as they… could to repair/replace it. Owning a property is hard and most of the time thankless work. But the Pheasant Ridge staff are always friendly and willing to work with you to make things right. I've seen other reviews on this page and I don't see any

EDIT: after move out i was charged $65 for a carpet cleaning. When i moved in the carpet had paint dropped all over it. I had laid area rugs while i lived there and no NEW stains were there. The last 2 months i lived there my air didnt work and my electricity kept going out and the maintenance and office staff were in no hurry to fix it. The incompetence of the staff at this place is appalling. The ONLY good thing about this place was that it was a cheap place while i saved money for a better one.

The management is very nice and professional when I call there . They hired a cleaning lady and she does a wonderful job cleaning the hallways and keeping the outside of the apartments clean. I recommend living there! They just had a little Easter egg hunt for the kids its family oriented. keep up the good work!!

It sucks. Management sucks. Management unlocked our door and walked in on us without any notice other than a knock. Have had service requests in for 7 months. One time got locked out, was locked out all night because their “24 hour” maintenance dude didn’t answer. One of our doors doesn’t have a lock on it. Not the first time someone has unlocked our door and just walked in. This place SUCKS.

This was once a positive review, but that has changed since I've moved out.
They have ignored every attempt I've made to contact them.
I have been receiving messages threatening to take me to court for unpayed rent, which was accumulated in the time since I've moved out, which they were completely aware of. I was out of my lease.
They have not refunded my deposit, even though my apartment was in great shape when I moved out. I spent weeks leading up to moving out cleaning.
So, my advice to any current residents, don't expect your deposit back, do what you want with that advice.

Dont waste your money.!!! I moved in and the place was a complete mess , manager at the time moved me apartments before i signed my lease without telling me , they lost my keys before i could even move my stuff in , they had to drill my current locks and give me new keys and lock. the cleaning people didnt even come into my apartment before i moved in thanks to manager who switched me apartments last minute before me signing my lease . i came into a dirty , unclean.. bug infested apartment and have been dealing with this for 3 months now .. On top of it im pregnant and the people running this place

This place is awful. I lived there for 3 years one of my neighbors got shot below me. They lived right next to the laundry room so every time I would do laundry I'd walk by the blood stained carpet... and when they evicted me they charged me an unbelievable for damages. Which is complete bull... they said my dogs destroyed the carpet... Which they told me with the deposit that it was to replace the carpet. Do not live at this place it's dangerous and the people who manage it do not care about you just your money....

Resident since 2014.....
1) Bathroom ceiling caves in twice a year.
2) Great drug dealer/user friendly environment.
3) Floods every time it rains.
4) Smoke detectors leak....
5) No hot water going on day 3.
6) Previous maintenance has stolen property from tenants.
7) Empty outdoor pool for hiding during all seasons, perfect getaway for the family that smokes crack.
8) Everyone invested in these apartments could give Trump a run for his money in duplicitous etiquette.
9) I have actually made a few friends with the PD. They're called to the complex on an almost daily basis.
