I called to get information on a 2 bedroom apartment the lady that answered the phone was very short with me and told me that they did not have any available even though they had 2 available online. I got a return call the next day from Angie asking if she could answer any questions I had about their available apartments. Please make this make sense to me.

These arent the BEST apts in the world, they work enough for me for the year though. its a decent little apt. HOWEVER stephanie is very rude and raises her voice while talking, and must not communicate with angie/patrick because i have no problem with those two and letting them know about things, theyve helped alot and explain how we can get things done, stephanie doesnt sound like she likes her job and isn’t understanding or accommodating. ive heard many neighbors feel the same. ive recent had trouble with payment issues, we have the money and angie has helped me alot, stephanie was just rude

UPDATE 8/6/2021. They are now trying to straight up completely lie to my face and claim I said things I never said. THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER HEARD OF.

We were considering moving my mom to Crown Forest Apartments but after hearing how RUDELY they spoke to their Patrons. I was applaud. I was walking along the sidewalk exercising and I hear these two Women arguing with a disabled Black women in a wheel chair. At first I thought these voices I was hearing were speaking to children but as I come to an opening in the fence I clearly see the lady to whom I have seen before as I stroll this path often when I visit my mom. We are so happy we moved into Crown Forest apt here in East Moline Illinois. We are a senior couple and were looking for a new home where all those hard jobs were done by the complex. This winter showed us how hard Steve and Zac work to keep this complex beautiful and friendly. Daily they keep the grounds clean and especially snow and ice free. The times we have called them for repair they were here the same day and very friendly. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I've lived in Crowne Forest for about 18 months now. It is a pretty quiet place. neighbors are nosey but what can you do. Management is the best I have experienced. Renee is nice. Maintenance could use a couple more people on staff, but, they are very nice and know the job. However, the parking situation is not good. Parking passes are needed so that the tenants that live there have a place to park. Some tenants have more than one vehicle and also rent a garage. As of right now anyone can take up parking with no accountability. More handicap parking than people that use them meaning there are empty

Most negative reviews I see are from a while back (6-8 years.) I've been here since May 2017 and I have never had a single issue. maintenance responds quickly, (usually within an hour.) Having a dishwasher, washer, and dryer has been great for us and Renee in the office takes great care of everyone. I highly recommend this place!
