I had goten a cell phone ticket back in 2018 for useing my gps on my phone . I decided to fight it instead of taking the 5points. i found Weiss & Associates and paid the one time fee for them to represent me . The case was pushed back so many times and they emailed me each time telling me the new date and that they would be there to represent me. I just received a email saying that my case was dismissed and 0 points were given. Worth every penny! Thanks again!

I know that some reviews say that some are fake or made up but I'm a real client and I was represented by Weiss & Associate on 1-12-2022. I was being charged with a moving violation with 5 points they were able to get my case dismissed!!! Super satisfied! Would definitely recommend them very reasonable prices too and they communicate with me through the whole process which took about 3 years.

I had uncomfortable traffic violation ticket (Passing a School Bus Stop Sign). I did not see or believe passed a school bus stop sign. Especially after dropping my daughter off in school and heading home with my wife. An un-mark police vehicle pulled me over and officer said I passed a School bus stop sign. I needed a experience/excellent Attorney/Firm who can fight for me and prove there was a mistake. This type of violation/ticket puts 5 points on your license if guilty and can come with other penalties. This is not a bargain ticket but either you are guilty or not. Anyway, today I was informed

This firm was very professional from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the speedy evaluation of my violation as well as the ability to upload the ticket. They were thorough and provided detailed communication on what to expect. I was emailed the paperwork, filled it out, scanned, sent back and my mind was set as ease. My violation ended up getting dismissed-at an NYC TVB-of all places. Loved the fact that there was no hidden fees, but a flat fee for all adjournments. Highly recommended firm. You won't be sorry.

I was fighting a speeding ticket with very little chance of success yet the lawyer managed to get the case dismissed. I didn’t even have to go to court. I was initially concerned that it was going to be boiler plate representation but I asked to speak to the attorney prior to my court date and Mr Weiss was kind enough to call me back and we had a relaxed conversation about strategy to deal with the case. Absolutely outstanding firm. I contacted Weiss & Associates with a dilemma, I received a traffic ticket for operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld device. I thought the most likely outcome would be a reduced violation where points would still be added to my license. Everyone at Weiss & Associates was kind and very helpful. The entire process was seamless and I did not have to do anything but fill out a few short forms.
