Started training under Steve's guidance almost 5 months ago & my only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. It had been a long time since I worked out in a gym atmosphere & quite honestly, I was embarrassed by my lack of strength. Steve built me up physically & mentally, kept me motivated & focused and the results have been better than I could've imagined.
Fitness Strategy Session/Evaluation - 20 min Consultation on phone, followed by up to 1 hour Studio visit Strategy Session. Set & scheduled number Training Sessions each week (we recommend starting with 3, and will explain why in detail). Steve is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who not only tailors the proper workout for each individual, but also assists with realistic nutritional guidance.

This is a legitimate review. I am not the girl that you hired, but a client of hers. I went to the your gym several times. You actually yelled at me for not having a change of sneakers on our second interaction and stormed away. I had just entered the door. There is never any reason to yell at a customer of yours (I know that you got a commission for the trainer to use your gym), especially one who does not the rules yet. I held my tongue for my trainer, who was your employee at the time.
Also, it's not slander if it's true. She told the clients that she was currently training

Not sure about the experience at the club, but the people who drive around on 128 with advertising all over their cars for SNF fitness are an ornery bunch that uses foul language and menacing gestures when traffic doesn't suit them. Not exactly the kind of people I'd want advising me about my physique.

Signed up for the Group Rip class at SNF Fitness and loved it. I attended for a while and even brought in other members. After a while it became clear that the ownership's priority was it's personal training clients and not the Group Rip class. Even heard the owner tell a group ripper to "move" once so that a personal training client could use the space. Treating every customer like the most important customer, regardless of how much they are spending, goes a long way. If you think about it a Group Rip client who pays $80/month and attends for a year is worth $960 (the same
