Maple Oaks Estates

I have been working for maple oaks for 7 months and have been living here for 3 and I have truly enjoyed doing both. Mary and Brian are great managers and Josh is a Great maintenance tech

Mary, Brian and the Staff here are great. Any issue that I've had whether it be a maintenance thing or a payment issue, it's always been solved in a timely manner.
Neighbors are great and friendly.
Grounds are kept well.
Will definitely be extending my lease.

Manager Mary and Maintenance really have your backs when it comes to safety and security for their tenants. I needed a lock changed asap and they were on top of it and helped out right away.
My daughter and I have been at Maple Oaks for 2+ years and are very happy here. The community is safe and quiet and the neighbors wave to each other and talk as they walk their dogs. If you need to live in Middletown, this is the best community you'll find.

My boyfriend and I had an appointment to tour the complex yesterday and we must say we are impressed!! We have high hopes for Maple Oaks as the Property Manager, Mary, is very transparent and easy to talk to. I really like her personality and I think she is doing a great job in her role. I feel like this will be a place where I can trust the people running it and I have even applied to become a resident! I am looking forward to moving into this townhome as all the units have a washer and dryer hookup and I am SO DONE WITH COMMUNITY LAUNDRY! Why do so many apartments do that? It is so gross. Anyway

Wow! I just want to say great job to Maple Oaks Apartments on a wonderful turn around on the property! Last year when I was looking to move I looked past maple oaks because my sister lives here and the property was always dirty or seemed she had issues with repairs in home, but after visiting her this past weekend I am truly impressed! The property is clean and together and my sister says Mary is absolutely wonderful. Very caring and helpful for the whole property! When my lease is up next year maple oaks will definitely be one of the first places I will be interested in!

I’ve been a resident since Feb of this year and moving 12hrs from my comfort zone I’m so grateful and glad that I chose Maple Oak Apt. Mainly due to the office staff Mrs Mary & Brian they are amazing and they have gon above and beyond anytime I needed them for something. I have really great neighbors. It’s quiet in my section everyone speaks and get along well. I was able to enjoy the pool during the summer as much as I wanted. The location is very convenient. So if you’re looking for a nice comfy place to live Maple Oaks is the place to be! ***Ask about MOVE-IN specials***

My boyfriend and I lived here from August2020-August2021. Overall our experience was mediocre at best. We experienced several issues and for the most part received 0 help from the property manager Mary. We noticed immediately after move in that this wasn’t the place we saw online, nail holes in the walls, doors painted to the frame, backwards knobs, our toilet was LITERALLY in the wall, Bathroom sink hung on by a thread and required several repairs, all of which we did ourselves. our thermostat wouldn’t operate properly and we had to threaten BBB to get someone. Mary and Brian in the office are great!!! They always go above and beyond to help!! I love my apt especially the master bedroom. Its so spacious. I work from home and have plenty of room for an office set up and bdrm set as well..Its quiet in ny building with no issues.
