Monroe terrace apartment did not return my security deposit. These thieves did not stop at that. They charged me 250 dollars back for no reason. When I planned to moved out of apartment, I went to their office and asked them to give me the date when I can vacate. I left the house clean on the day they asked me to vacate. Then why charge me 250 without any reason. Stay away from Monroe terrace

Some of the reviews are accurate but explained in a terrible way. The rent does raise at the end of you’re year lease but they disclose this information before you move in. So agreeing to it and then complaining is a bit immature. The only issue I have with the place was a stink bug or two gets in here and there but they get into every apt. I had a broken door and got it replaced the right way the first time. The handy man around the apt is the nicest guy you’ll meet and cares about fixing the issue. Any time I’ve contacted the office they reply next business day with the solution or willing

Monroe Terrace was the worst place I have ever lived. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
From signing the lease all the way to getting my security deposit back, it was a disaster.
First of all, I was looking for a short-term lease for the summer as I had a professional internship. My roommate and I told them that via writing and in person multiple times. They told us prices, We picked an apartment, and they sent a 1 year lease… Then when we fixed that, they changed the prices dramatically.
After move in, we found that Management was TERRIBLE. They don’t know how to keep track of rent checks and ask you
