Beautiful property. The manager, Katie, is the absolute best. She took the time to discuss the property specs in detail and encouraged me to come for a tour. Since everyone’s good friend Rona has been around, I didn’t feel safe traveling to the property in person, so Katie showed me how to do a virtual tour. Im considering making this place my new home!

Great community with a lot of fun events. The interiors of the units are spacious but kind of thin walls if your neighbors are loud.
The property management team is one of the reasons we’ve stayed so long here. They have worked with my household through all the 2020 craziness. Honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve had.

I'll start with the positives... we lived at SeaPath for about 2 years and I do have to say, the community has great amenities! We loved the large resort style swimming pool, the fire pit and grills. There's also a really nice dog park area. The units themselves have some nice features as well including granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and a large garden soaking tub. That being said, you can tell these apartments were built in a rush and they skimped on the fine details... For example, there are huge gaps in between the walls and the floors and the doors and the floors

This place is wonderful. The staff are great, the maintenance guy, Dave, is wonderful, and the complex is nice. Only thing I would change is to have a pantry (first place I've ever lived with no kitchen pantry) in the kitchen instead of a desk and I really miss having an island :(
This place is very dog friendly (if you don't like dogs, why move somewhere that is dog friendly ). There's a tiny little dog area behind building 4 and they are trying to get approval from the city to build a cute little bridge by building 1 to connect to this big dog park space across the way.
