We were new to New York and only had a short time to find an apartment. Our broker, Gal Yehzkel, went out of his way to help us and make the process of looking as painless as possible. Gal understood our requirements and took us to see a number of apartments that met our needs. He was super patient with us, always on time, kept us abreast of developments and was very friendly. First of all, her well established relationships with residential buildings across the city gave me exclusive access to deals, that I could not find online.
Secondly, she made the whole viewing process effortless, as she co-ordinated meetings with the different buildings in a very time efficient manner. Thus, I could view several apartments back to back, saving me lots of time.
Most importantly, she was extremely friendly and always acted in my best interest.

Finding a place from abroad is challenging in the best circumstances, but with Tal everything was made extremely easy. Tal’s guidance and responsiveness through the whole process was extremely comforting and a great stress-relief. In every way he could, he went above and beyond. His great insight on the various neighborhoods and buildings was extremely valuable for someone not from the US and having only visited NYC a few times. Jordan was super helpful and easy to work with during our apartment search! We were short on time and needed to find a place within a few days, coming from out of town with a pretty immediate lease start date and a dog. Jordan made it happen. She took the time to understand our needs and find a variety of places that met our criteria. Jordan was a joy to work with! She found me an incredible unit in line with all of my preferences (e.g., high floor, southern exposure, neighborhood). Within 24 hours, I had my application completed and lease signed. I was also not yet in the city when this happened, and she was happy to meet a friend to show him the space, as well as FaceTime me to show me the space. She was knowledgeable about all of the properties she showed me and answered my questions honestly. It can be scary trusting a realtor in NYC, but she was dependable and honest. I would definitely use her again should I move in the
