This salon is absolutely wonderful! I was looking for a place in the city and just moved here a year ago. I scheduled with Boris after reading all the great reviews and he is truly amazing at what he does! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and he highlighted my hair perfectly! The whole staff at this salon is wonderful and professional. I felt like I had known Boris for years! He did a perfect job on my highlights and I was going to the same person for years prior to moving to NYC so my standards were high. Do not hesitate to make an appointment you will not regret it!

I'm new to this neighborhood and fortunately found Magnifique. Boris is always wonderful and welcoming. Everyone who works there cares and wants to be sure you are pleased. Their prices are very reasonable. They do an amazing job with my color. I've spent way more at other well know salons and not been as happy. I feel lucky to have found them.

Absolutely love this salon. Boris and team are the best. Boris has suggested that I receive the Redken conditioning treatment to revitalize my hair. I was a bit skeptical at first but I'm so thankful that he recommended it. It had improved my hair enormously and each time I get it, it lasts longer and longer.
The team is very accommodating and caring when it comes to listening to exactly what you ask for. Highly recommend!

This salon is such a gem! Very clean, friendly and professional. Boris did exactly what I envisioned to my hair. He is great. I had never colored my blonde hair before and was nervous but he was very reassuring and informative about the process and helped me choose the right color. He also introduced me to a great product which I ended up purchasing! Great prices for midtown

Best hair salon in Murray Hill by far. I trust them with my life aka my hair. Boris, Inessa and Thiago are all amazing. I never walk into the salon with any anxiety because i know no matter what my hair will always come out amazing. If i need a trim or a full set of color and highlights the team in the salon never leaves me disappointed. If you need anything done to ur hair i highly recommend Magnifique.

Boris and his team consistently deliver a great service every time! I've been going to Magnifique for years and just went recently. I was pleased to see they are following Covid protocols to keep their staff and customers safe- temperature checks, social distancing and spacing out appointments appropriately. And the haircut and style was amazing, as always!

I would like to preface this by saying that I DO NOT trust anyone with my hair, eyebrows, nails, etc. I haven't had my hair professionally cut in 3 years due to several bad trips to other stylists. With that being said, my first experience with this salon has earned my trust and loyalty forever. Boris has transformed my hair while respecting my requested length and style. I also noticed another client's hair during my cut, and he colored her hair beautifully. Highly recommend, and the price is worth every penny! 10000/10

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! I made an appointment a week in advance for a a blowout for Halloween. My appointment was at 3pm and I was told to come at 4:15pm given the stylist was running late. I was CLEAR I had a 5:30pm makeup appointment and I couldn't be any later. I got to the salon to be told my stylist was running even more late and needed to see me at 5pm. Now I have been completely screwed out of getting an appointment anywhere else and was just told "sorry". RIDICULOUS

I went to Magnifique this weekend after deciding I wanted to do something new with my hair. I have never colored my hair before and only ever been to salons to have it trimmed. Upon arrival, I was passed back and forth between two different stylists (I believe Inessa first and ultimately ending with Boris).
I explained to Boris that I wanted subtle highlights on my hair as I just wanted to see what it would look like since I'd never done anything with my hair. He tried to upsell me to get a Balayage, then to get a full head of highlights, finally allowing me to just get a half head after
