Terrible business practices and the owner Natalie is about the worst human I've ever had the displeasure of meeting or doing business with in my life! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

It's time for a review of Lingsch Realty almost four years since we started renting. In a word: responsive! In several words: Excellent, competent, friendly, and satisfied. Let it be said: managing properties is a pretty thankless job at times, I'm sure. We've contacted Natalie for a variety of minor things, mostly plumbing issues, and she has always gotten back to us immediately. We've also had to contact her for more urgent issues, like locks not working, and she's gotten back to us immediately.

Natalie Drees is simply the best. I am a Real Estate Broker that specializes in residential sales and I do not do property management, so I refer all of my clients to Natalie. Whether it is leasing or management Natalie's professionalism is unrivaled. Her vendors are fantastic including her handymen and her landlord rights attorney.

If it were only clients and property owners who gave reviews, Natalie would have 5-Stars. I have seen the way she handles tenants as well and she is always patient. It is no wonder that she has won the San Francisco Apartment Association Award multiple times

Natalie was incredibly wonderful to work with. We applied for an apartment and had our background checks processed immediately. Within the week, we had a lease in our hands. The entire process was quick and did not require any arduous steps. Additionally, she was and continues to be prompt in answering any questions we have.

To top that off, Natalie provided us with a lot of context and background around our apartment. She answer any concerns we had and did not sugarcoat anything. We are incredibly pleased with our place, and we highly recommend Lingsch Realty!

For those wanting to find a home or an apartment please do not use Natalie Drees. Recently, I was looking for an apartment because I wanted to move closer to SF. I came across an apartment that Natalie was showing and I decided to come to the open house. I did and the customer service she provided was horrible! Not only that but she is unprofessional and unpolished . She didn't give me a chance to fill out an application because she had to leave to another showings! Apparently, regardless of your credit score or how much you make Natalie takes the first person who hands her an application

Caution: Do not use Natalie to book her VRBO listing #311514 in NOPA. She is not serving either her clients or her potential renters well. We booked the rental via email and returned our contract with payment the day after we received it. She double booked the property and we were left without accommodations after we had purchased our airline tickets. Evidently, she can't keep track of serious applicants. We were especially disappointed because the rental is ideally located close to our daughter and new baby and there are few options available in this neighborhood. Natalie lacks common

As a first time landlord and probably my last, I was fortunate enough to connect with Natalie Drees to locate tenants for my rental. She is the ultimate professional, very accessible and knowledgeable especially in the tricky San Francisco rental market. I highly recommend Natalie, a true professional in her field.

I recently dealt with Natalie on a short-term rental in San Francisco and found her to be helpful, accessible, completely professional. Even when things got a bit bumpy with the unit's owner, Natalie's demeanor and handling of the situation was wonderful. Don't use these guys. They're very unprofessional.

I set up a personal appointment for them to show me an apartment for rent. When they were 15 minutes late, I called them and then they said "oops. I can be there in another 15 minutes if you want to wait around (in the cold)".

Very uncool.
