We loved living at Dakota Park Apartments. It was peaceful, well kept, fast maintenance, good facilities (swimming pool, sauna, work out room) and had friendly staff. We had no problems during our 21 month stay. We had a corner apartment that had a lot of windows and was very quiet. The snow removal was very good. Loved the underground heated garage.

Living at Dakota Park Apartments has been absolutely amazing! We've lived in several different apartment buildings and this one has been by far the best. Jason has always been there to meet all of our needs. The amenities are excellent. I would highly recommend this property for anyone. Top notch Management & Property!

Great place. Has a very nice pool area and the underground parking is definitely a plus. Only downside for my boyfriend and I though is we’ve been living here for a little over three months and our call box has not been set up. I’ve called three separate times and get told that they’ll pass it on to Maintenence but I never get a follow up call and my call box is still not set up. Kind of irritating having to go downstairs to let people in every time we have company over and it feels like we are getting ignored about it at this point. After reading reviews it seems we aren’t the only ones

Moving back to Fargo, from Oklahoma, we were looking for a short-term (6 month) lease so we could take the time to look for a house to buy on our own. Dakota Park Apts were able to accommodate us and even got us in earlier than anticipated! The staff was great to work with, very friendly, and always communicated maintenance taking place at the apartment complex. The staff also takes much pride in keeping the buildings clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting at Dakota Park Apts!

I have been a tenant here for almost 4 years and everytime I have needed maintenance or a management solution they have always been here for me! Management is amazing and they help as much as the can to make this community at Dakota Park a home. We have been to many potlucks in the community room and the residents are welcoming and the food is great! Also they think of ways to thank their renters by providing a Holiday Meal where they serve you an amazing Thanksgiving Meal and hand out residents newsletters. We love it here so much! Jason, Jackie, and all the staff are so good to us. The snow removal is absolutely unbelievable - they plowed everything right away and they are constantly clearing the snow out. They are so friendly and everything is always clean in the buildings. We love it here so much! Our apartment is also so beautiful and has so much character. We are thankful to live here. Friendly, sweet neighbors also. :)
