5 weeks of waiting (and still waiting) for a response on my application. No problem taking my money for the application, but apparently giving me a call back about my application is just too difficult to handle.
Out of 53 times I tried to call them (recorded in my phone) over the course of those 5 weeks, they picked up only 5 times, and each time said "We'll give you a call back" (with an attitude in their voice, as if it were beneath them to even speak with me for 60 seconds).
Each time they said this, I'd wait a day or more for them to call back, with no response.

i wish i could give a lower rating. they treat you poorly and do not care about you after you move in. legal action will need to be taken for neglect if you rent with them. disgusting. i had experience with Leah and it was terrible. very rude.

0/10 if possible, they have horrible customer service. The maintenance was rude! Called to talk to the office, only took 5 attempts as line hangs up after 4 rings, the lady on the other end of the line was also very rude pushing off my issue. They just want your money, their service is bad. I heard a previous tenant is seeking legal action against them.

Today is July 21st I have set up a time and date with you and you never showed up at my house at 11am I will not wait for you all day next time call me if you are not going to show up! I have been renting with u guys for 7 months and have had issues with the lights in the hallway not working and the buzzers to get in to the building not working for a month. I have left a voice mail I have went in there personally and I have talked to u personally and made a time and date for u t show up and you never showed.i have personally found needles on your property 2 times! And I have a dog that I walk outside

RKAK bought the apartment building we were renting a unit from on the last month we had remaining on our lease before we moved. Right away it looked like they made positive changes to the building (they were very nice while doing so), and were friendly and helpful with the move-out. We weren't able to make the walk out since we moved out a couple days earlier than expected to move to our new place, and they were very honest with the charges and security deposit. So all in all - friendly honest company that takes care of their properties. If we move back to the Fargo/Moorhead area we will definitely
