Park Avenue Apartments

I lived at Park Avenue for eight years and never had any issues. The rent was reasonable, the staff were friendly, the maintenance was addressed within 24-36 hours and it was both quiet and safe. The only downside is that the apartments at West Park are unmarked and so delivery drivers had a hard time finding the building, but otherwise, it was great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Excellent management and great people! Don't live here if you are going to party or disregard rules. Management is great at keeping this large complex in order. Thanks for making this a good home in which to live!

Apparently no more than two non related people can’t live together here. Cross this one off your list if you want to live with a few of your buddies.

Fair pricing; decent amenities; could use updating, but the price would surely be impacted, so you get what you get and it's not bad. Guest suites could be better for the nightly rate, but nice to have them at all.

It's nice living here, there the pool for the kids and a work out area and a library and a game room it is a great place to live.

I was here for about only a month, told them that my wife's family member had turned ill and I must return back down south...they did not care, refused to work with me every step of the way and EVEN WHEN I went through and payed their ridicilous early termination fee they were rude and disrespectful.
Even before terminating I asked for them to spray for bugs because I found roaches. They scoffed and told me no.
If you live on the bottom or middle floor you hear people thumping upstairs constantly. You can hear EVERYTHING the person above you does in their bathroom.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have lived in these apartments for about a month now and we just love it here! The apartment is always super quiet. Also, every time we have thought we had a maintenance issue, they have always gotten it checked or fixed within a day or two. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

The management is extremely rude and hard to work with. They continuously barge into your apartment without your consent. The apartments themselves are old and many things are breaking, but don't expect it to be fixed in a timely manner (one issue took 6 months). After living there for a short time black mold was found in one of the bathrooms, which they tried making us pay for. Also, don't expect to get any of your deposit back and any infraction of their rules result in huge fees. Save yourself the trouble and don't rent here, you will regret it. I sure did.

My daughter has lived there now for over a year and the Management needs to go to some Customer Service Training. They are horrible and so rude and ridiculous to deal with. They need to update and repair doors and the carpet is so shabby and the pool and sauna are not working more than they are. She is looking to move soon and get away from there. One would think that Adams Development would do a better job of taking care of their tenants. Just a horrible experience, as bad as Van Raden!!!!
