Built in 1917 by local architects Haxby and Braseth, the Woodrow Wilson School building was designed to house twelve elementary classrooms. The Collegiate Gothic style building is second only to Horace Mann (1915) in longevity of serving Fargo as a school.
The building's name, "Woodrow Wilson, " was voted on by a committee of 146 residents who chose the name of the sitting president at the time over Ulysses Grant, Mark Twain, Ralph Waldo Emerson, and John Dewey.While students filled the hallways during the day, the community used the space in the evenings for adult education.

I am currently living here, on the historic side of the building. It has a nice aesthetic. They don't tell you but you are subject to rent increase every year (I pay over $900 for a studio..) Which explains why so many people are always moving out. Underground parking is way, way too expensive. The building noticeably shakes. Mold and leaking pipes in the stairwells. It's a block from the railroad, so, noise. OH and dog friendly? Sure.... they threatened all tenants with a $300 fine if your dog uses the grass.... (ridiculous, I know.) Do yourself a favor and look at another place to live.
This "Luxury" apartment cant even handle snow removal. It has been 3 days since the blizzard and all the sidewalks not plowed and the center area has not even been touched.
Garage parking, which my BF parks there. The snow is soo packed and icey and now has made a rut so its hard to get his car out. The manager has not answered any emails and not addressed this issue for several days..
Garbage was not taken since NO ONE PLOWED so now get too look at the mess as shown below.

Classic Bait & Switch! They tell you heat and central air are included in the rent but they are not! In new building the heat pumps in the garage actually provide the heat and central air and those run on electricity which the tenant pays for. Once I uncovered this fact, they even went so far to cover up the deception by placing a sticker over that information on the billboard located at the property. Deceptive and dishonest business practices.

Nice layout of the apartments but significantly overpriced for what you get. Since they did not plan the building correctly there is limited parking and this is been strained by building a preschool on the property.
- So typically if you come back to the apartment > 8PM there are no lot spots and typically illegal to park on the back street SO they have you park in a shady dirt lot across the street . They did not plan this well but this should happen in a upper end rent
- Poor HVAC in the units, seems to be very hot in the winter even without heat on
- No garage parking and even people parking
