What I found was so interesting it is right off of 10th Street going north it's on 11th Street and its very close to the college and schools it's a perfect location, it's brand new! little ways from downtown Broadway you have access to the library all the amenities of downtown Fargo. You have access to mat bus right on the corner you also across the street and in the vicinity is convenience stores gas stations second hand stores restaurants fast foods you have clinics it's a perfect place to be. Also they take your best friend your pet. And they're absolutely awesome they're beautiful. So I would

I really enjoyed my time at 300lime. The property managers put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable and welcoming living community. The building was always well maintained, though I did feel at times the garage should be cleaned a bit more frequently. The amenities (gym, community room, pet grooming area, secure bike storage) were top notch. If it were not for the fact that I was moving out of Fargo, I would have definitely stayed at 300lime for years to come.

Moved here from across the street to be exact 220 West, stay away from Craig Properties the worst people to deal with in my history of renting! I am so much happier with 300 Lime, staff is nice and professional, which is a breath of fresh air! Got no deposit back from 220 West just like all the hundreds of people who have written reviews, no one gets anything back from them but I am looking forward to dealing with people who are not corrupt and take people’s money. Thank you 300 Lime!!!!
