I didn't go there in search of an apt. or to rent anything, I went there for personal reasons.

Terri is judgemental and sonically. Has little compassion for anyone who has made mistakes in life.

I stayed in these apartments last year and I absolutely love my apartment you get what you get for what you pay for but she has sound pretty good properties anytime I text her about a problem in my apartment she had maintenance there the next day or that week allow me to have my dog which was for my anxiety which I have no paperwork it was not a service dog and she still allowed me to keep her the whole time there I was able to save so much money in her apartment and I ended up moving into something bigger with a different landlord and completely regret it and wish I would have stayed with Modern

Very rude. Her cellphone is the business phone. Very unprofessional. Have an overdue electric bill that is due that was from when somebody else lived there and our contract was up. When I called she said she wasn't going to look up renters and that I should "just take care of it." 500 dollars that wasn't me? NO WAY!!!

Not organized at all. "Missplaced" our rent one month. very rude. Gave no notice when coming to show the apartment and than feels it's okay to call a week later to tell us we live like pigs. Can never seem to get a hold of the manager (not the assistant, who seems to not know about anything going on) during regular working hours. Called in about the dryer being broken when we moved in, still never got fixed 6 months later.
Horrible renting experience.

I own a condo and this company manages our fees. They have misplaced an entire year worth of checks which I found cashed by them in my bank statements. When asked to give a current statement showing a $0 balance I was outright refused. Horrible service, do not contract with this company.

Horrible service never answer phone calls or emails! Very rude older lady working there. Applied and gave a check for the application fee was told wasn't gonna be able to rent to me due to city occupancy rules ok thats fine, but how is that my fault she cant rent to me and still proceeded with my application process that wasn't suppose to be processed due to lack of knowledge in the renting business? And when asked for a refund was told it was only $35! Yes its only $35 but mine not yours! This lady a joke apparently she needs every cent she can get! Go to a professional renter!

Very Rude manager called screaming about rent not being paid on time. Said 3 o'clock was deadline. I said I have it in at 5 on Friday and she said NO it's late. Looking at lease she is incorrect.
Appliances didn't work...
Move out; tried to get together but no one was available when I could take the time off
Manager did a walk out without me charging me for replacing carpet ( asked for receipt ) never received. Charged for cleaning said stove and refrigerator was filthy..SPOT FREE I CLEANED AT LEAST 40 hours of this place and have witnesses.
Sent me a bill for a months rent????

My upstairs neighbors left their water running in their sink. Which eventually overflowed and leaked through our ELECTRICAL wiring into our dining room chandelier. I had to call MPM 3 or 4 times just to get someone out there. It took an hour and a half to two hours for him to arrive. The glass bowl in the chandelier was full by the time the guy got there and he just told us to not use the lights for a while and that he would bring us new light bulbs. Not to mention all through the house there was wires sticking out and there was a door in the attic that wasnt blocked off or anything that lead to

My fiancee and I were very interested in a property. We were only a few days out before the start of the next month. We put in our application and was told that we could find out if we were able to get the place by the end of the week so we could put in our notice to our current renter. We didn't hear back and when we called back, the owner was rude and told us she didn't want to look at applications until the following week because she wanted it rented out for October (which was 2 days from when we called) Who is going to get someone to apply and move in on that short of notice?
