I just moved in recently and so far, I love it here. I have not lived in an apartment in many years and was dreading it. I love the layout and its very quiet for the most part. They keep everything clean and kept up. I love all the walking trails and having a washer and dryer in my unit. Its less expensive than the other apartments close by. There's lots of dogs here and not everyone picks up after their dogs is my only complaint. But if you have dogs and want to rent at a great place, this is it

Management is super friendly and does whatever she can to make you happy. The apartments are beautiful and we had a great view facing the pond. The summer is great because you get front row seats to the summer concerts from the comfort of your home. Location is great being close to restaurants, grocery store, and gas stations. The dog park is a nice accommodation for your fur children! Lastly, the garages are actually a good size!

Park view has been a great place to stay. They have a clean atmosphere. It is very close to the light rail and the price is very reasonable price. Thank you for helping my mother feel at home.
She has had a few issues with neighbor, and management has helped resolve and consolidate them with us. I appreciate them going above and beyond for their residents.

I have lived here since April 22 of this year. The manager Sara is wonderful and easy to work with. I’ve only had to put a couple of work orders in for a minor things and they were always taken care of immediately. You can be involved in the apartment community if you would like, there are several events that they have each year. However if you like to keep to yourself no one will bother you. There are a lot of pets here but you wouldn’t know it walking down the hall, you occasionally might hear a bark, But the apartment is very quiet and I have never heard any noise from any of my neighbors
