I am a current resident here. I have so much respect for the employee as well as managment. So from the cleaning ladies and corporate, they listen to your concerns and do everything possible to meet your needs. They clean up the individual units well which is good for affordable basic living and the office staff is nice, responsive and helpful. The common area and outside of buildings need updates or at least new carpet (old/gross), paint on walls and fresh paint for parking spots. One of the concerns that I have is that they don't enforce a smoke-free environment, there are patios and balconies however residents don't use them so I can smell cigarette smoke through underneath my own door and I am not a smoker so it's bothersome on breathing.

I will first start by saying that I absolutely love my living experience here! When I first started looking at apartments, I had others to choose from. Lincoln estates was the last one I went to look at. When they say "save the best for last" they were speaking nothing but the truth!!! From the moment I walked in the door I felt instantly comfortable; Like it was home. From the spacious living areas to the awesome remodeling, it was all wonderful. You will have no issues with noisy neighbors because these babies are equipped with 9" of cement in the walls. The staff in the office are always warm

I have lived here for about 2.5 years now and I have always found the management/office staff to take time to listen to your concerns and address issues promptly and are very pleasant to talk to. The maintenance is always on top of issues and get things resolved for you quickly. The snow removal is one of the best I have ever seen for an apartment complex. They waste no time clearing the parking lots. Over the last couple of years I have seen a lot of upgrades to the property and making everything look more presentable.
