Looking for a “nice apartment” don’t move here. The management doesn’t care about your things; people have hit my PARKED car and throwing cigarettes and trash at my car. My packages have been stolen when they were sitting at my APARTMENT door. My upstairs neighbor blasts music past 10 and stomps around when I’m trying to put my son in bed, I literally watched someone get busted selling multiple highly illegal drugs right outside my window. They don’t plow the parking lot good enough, most of the visitor parking spots are covered in snow which causes my visitors to get towed when there

Seeing far too many small children unattended in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. Entrance doors jammed so they don't close. Furniture thrown onto the snow from 2nd story from tenants leaving. Parking lot plowed 4 days after it snows. Rent keeps going up. Don't fall for the squeaky clean hype when you first see the place. It wears off quickly.

It saddens me to no end that this property has spiraled down hill the way it has in such a short amount of time. I won’t allow my child to play outside because it’s nothing but chaos out there. Every day there are at least 20 plus unsupervised children outside for hours on end. There is constant screaming, vandalism of other residents property along with destroying the buildings and grounds. I have personally brought it to managements attention and I know several other residents have as well and nothing has been done. I know that nothing has been done because the same kids are still outside

I know this place could be 5 stars but it is about 3.9! It's up to the community to create an amazing place to live. These are well kept apartments, could use an update but appliances are newer than most places I've seen. There is an eagle brook church within walking distance that is always a great place to go for you and the kids. Woodland park was my home for 11 years! I will always cherish the great relationships I have made with so many people there I met my best friend here! It wasnt always perfect, but my daughter and I felt safe until the last year or so. If you can follow rules and be respectful

I had a fantastic experience when I applied here......the ladies in the office were and continue to be amazing and helpful. I hadn't lived in an apartment for 20 years and was extremely anxious about EVERYTHING! They really made my experience painless and continue to be extremely helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with how quite my apartment is and really am impressed with the way the grounds are maintained. I definitely would recommend moving here!!

Do not rent here, you will regret it. I found cockroaches in my unit that wont go away and its not my unit that causing them. Talking to Trisha in the office is pointless she has no compassion and doesn't jump to take care of things and this is not the only situation. Dominium you need to bring back Bob Booher he actually cared about the residence and would have handled this situation or she should be replaced. She is constantly rude, for someone who works with residents and prospective tenants she is not good with client relations and seems to me she is just their for a paycheck and nothing

Our neighbors smoked weed and it always smelled . I called the office and police 5 times and nothing was ever done . The apartment was dirty when we moved it yet when we moved out they tried to charge us $522 in "damages" which we are absolutely fighting . We took great care of the place and they tried to screw us over . It also says that the last month of living there we only paid $812 instead of $892 (we have automatic payments and confirmed that we paid full amount like always) and they tried to charge us for being "late" ....
They said it was $175 to clean the kitchen (really?!?!?!?!?!) .
