River Ridge Apartments has been one of the best living situations I’ve ever been with. The apartment complex inside and out is always kept neat and orderly. All my questions and concerns are always answered and taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Management is always so welcoming and willing to work with you, if an issue arises. If there’s a maintenance issue, that is also taken care of in a timely fashion.

My husband and I (both seniors) moved from the Twin Cities to River Ridge Apartments on October 1, 2019. We love our new place, but I want to especially comment on the complex manager, Char Anderson. This woman's care of every detail of our move was more than I would have ever expected from an apartment manager, a VERY pleasant surprise and so appreciated. From the moment we looked at the apartment over the summer months, to the process of applying for a lease, to the move-in date and beyond, this manager played and continues to play an active role in making sure our stay here is wonderful. Was offered a job as a caretaker for river ridge apartments. Pay was a monthly rent credit. They failed to tell me until after I signed a lease and moved in that I had to still pay August + September rent and the deposit.
On top of that they said I could make my own schedule as long as the building was kept in good/ clean condition. Told them what I was planning before I moved in. Sunday 8 hours and another 8 hours split between Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. They said this would work but after I moved in I was told that might be a problem because there was stuff that needed to be done every

This place is scary. Drug dealers on the second floor using the side door like a drive through window for drugs. First floor is the same, with residents either using their apartments for day cares or subletting their apartments to five or six of their friends. Huge, uncontrolled dogs roam the parking garage. Wallpaper hanging off the walls in the hallways, and the carpet is beyond filthy. A lot of unregistered, broken down cars in the parking lot.

Look somewhere else!! The caretakers (the Andersons) are unbelievably amazing, and they make many issues very tolerable as much as they can, but they unfortunately have no power whatsoever. The property manager (Shannon) couldn't possibly care less. She is very cold and rude, never returns any attempts for contact, and is barely even in her office during her posted hours. It seems she just shows up when she feels like it, which is rarely. They just decided last month to do quarterly smoke detector and plumbing inspections. Well I don't know what the heck they actually did other than come
