I moved into my apartment home 2 years ago and I've been very very happy here! The staff is very caring and friendly. My maintenance requests have always been handled promptly. When I first moved in the hallways, entries and laundry room were untidy. New managers have resolved that with a good cleaning crew. My apartment is well maintained and updated with new flooring and carpet. My stove quit working and was promptly replaced with brand new as well as my refrigerator. I personally have had no issues at Elm Creek and enjoy living here!

Disrespectful upstairs neighbors that management refuses to do anything about. For nearly four months, the woman upstairs has been allowed to let her kids run back and forth as well as jump off furniture for hours at a time. Despite it being part of the lease about NOT disturbing other tenants. They’re upstairs doing it now as I’m typing this review. The apartment complex has a huge yard and playground, but they stomp upstairs from as early as 8am until as late as 10:30pm.
Ridiculous.
Ridiculous.

With the change in management twice in the nearly three years I have been here, I have seen things get better, and then deteriorate ever so quickly again. I know it takes a lot of resources to run a community like this, however they are constantly way understaffed and this is sad, due to the amount of rent each family pays. Honestly, the groundskeeper must be too busy with other stuff because the grounds around here have gone bad to worse, and it's gotten outta hand. I know the previous management was doing what could be done, but this new one, although she has the attitude that she's gonna straighten

Believe the reviews. This place isn’t worth your time or the ridiculous $50 application fee. In person they seem kind and helpful but they will not return your phone calls. We only were able to set up a showing by going into the office and luckily someone was actually there to help us. When we toured the apartment it smelled like cats and it wasn’t anything special. Sure they’re nice and relatively clean but not worth $1089. It took two and a half weeks for them to even get back to us to tell us we do not fit the income requirements. I called nearly every day (after waiting about a week)

This apartment are literally the worst.. one the rent is way too high for the Quality of the place it’s sad that I can rent a house with a washer and dryer with 3 bedroom cheaper than here.. two they give a short notice for any inspection Or cleaning the parking lot they never stated anywhere in the paper work for parking cleaning where to park or don’t park I had to pay 276 dollars to get my vehicle out of impound...

I lived here for 2 years. I had a ground floor apartment, and we had mice living in the walls. Lots of them. They came in to our apartment DAILY. We set out traps for them, caught one or two a week, but there were always more. Also had holes in our window screens. My little boy just loved waking up every morning to 3-4 silver dollar sized spiders hanging out on the wall near his head! Not enough parking, and mgmt. does nothing about the households who have a garage space and 4 more cars in the parking lot - mgmt towed my car not once but twice because I parked in a no parking area for an hour or

I moved in August of 2019 from a place that was really terrible (Franklin Lane Apartments in Anoka). I feel that the manager, Trisha Blomquist, is the best manager that I have had in the 20+ years that I have been renting. They are pet friendly, the rent is very affordable. Their team really values their residents and gets concerns taken care of timely. Trisha made my transition very smooth coming from a place where I was being ignored, she always goes above and beyond. Nicole, the assistant is always prompt with answering phones and is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance that has been here

They keep increasing the rent and they do it almost every year. The place isn’t even that nice and it’s not maintained well. The owner could care less about the residents. He’s a rich 29yr. old that just keeps jacking the prices up so he can get even richer. They call it “affordable” living but it’s not.

I've never written a review before but this place was so bad I had to make an account just for this. I know multiple people living in these apartments and they've all had the same problems as me. everything in our unit fell apart, our dishwasher was broken for 3 months and they never fixed it, leaving it broken for the person moving in after us. They don't fix anything, we moved in and fixtures all over the apartment fell apart within a week, even the closet shelves. The management are extremely rude and constantly are contradicting what you have to say, on top of that they are the
