Horrible, don’t leave your car door open for even a second apparently in Branford Manor it’s acceptable for whom ever is running around to just touch and go thru other people’s vehicles aka PERSONAL PROPERTY, I left there feeling violated and was consumed with emotions of sadness, scared extremely uncomfortable, all in a matter or 3 minutes I was made to feel this way

Your front yard is a parking lot. The sliver of back yard is shared with 20 other tenants. All the apartments have extreme cases of chipping paint which the office doesn’t consider an issue. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with the cheapest appliances imaginable so must of it is damaged already. Also any raise no matter how small you get from a job the office will apply it to rent. So there’s really no point trying to get ahead!

The office is always closed. I can call all day for several days and leave messages and no return call. It's gotten to the point that I have to call maintenance just to see if someone is in the office. I go there during business hours and they aren't open. They never say when they are going to be away. The people that work in the office are unbearable, always have an attitude and just rude. In the first 3 weeks of Jan, the water was shut off every morning without notification. Management is poorly trained and staff is uneducated and have little to No knowledge to there Job description.The apartment are a fire hazards waiting to happen Windows fall out just by opening ,the plugs seem to blow out all the time which has happened to me more then once in my past of living in Branford Manor I lived there for a few years and it was a once beautiful place to live but since management is new and uneducated they place has fallen apart trash ever where ,Street and bluding numbers are no longer visible broken steps out your front and back door plus side walks streets have huge cracks

The office is never open and no one is ever available to assist. I recently have had to resort to calling the emergency maintenance line to get simple household issues fixed because the office never answers the phone nor do they respond to messages left. I had an issue with my toilet and called the office 15 times over a 3 day period and never received any responses to the messages left.
