I've lived here for 3+ years and I can’t think of a better apartment complex to live in. Before we moved here, we toured several apartments nearby and then decide to live here.

Professional stuff: I am so impressed by Luis's knowledge about the complex. He has always providing me information about the exact room I interested in without going out and see, like the facing of the room, does that building has an elevator, etc. He is also very paitent and even I has so many requirements (realized later that I was fastidious at that time) he has always tried to find me a list of options that

I absolutely love living here. I have been here for almost a year, and we have never had any issues. Maintenance is always available if needed and the office is always a call away. The amenities that they have here are great and the maintenance team is always sanitizing the common areas and the gym too. They just put in a really cool gas grilling station and fire pit area, so my family and I are very excited to be able to utilize that as well. My favorite is the pool because its salt water. I love living at the ledges! The ledges has everything that I could ask for. The staff is incredibly friendly and is always willing to help me with my apartment needs. Not to mention how clean and beautiful the entire complex is! There are landscapers here it seems weekly doing planting maintenance and keeping the place beautiful with flowers and freshly trimmed grass. The pool is open during the summer time and it is kept clean. There is a variety of stores around the area for shopping and is a five minute drive from a few different beaches and parks.

My family and I absolutely love living at The Ledges. After a year of living on the property, we have been able to take advantage of all the amazing amenities such as the pool, fitness center, walking trails, and property events. The office and maintenance staff are always so helpful and friendly. Problems get resolved quickly and with a smile. The Ledges is a great place to raise kids, and a pet friendly environment which our dogs love. Such a convenient location. It's a quiet area, but only a few minutes away from everything in town. There's plenty to do in the area, and you don't have to drive

We moved into the ledges about a year ago after being transferred to the area and we love living here. The staff is always incredibly helpful whenever you need it. It is such a great small community everyone we have met here so far is extremely nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Best apartment complex I've lived in! The location is great for Groton and the nearby area. The pool area is wonderful in summer with cabana's and lots of open chairs. There is also a nice walk around the property which is beautiful during summer and especially fall. We moved here as it was dog friendly, and it truly has been! Our puppy loves it and has made many friends with the other dogs at the complex. The highlight of the complex though has to be the staff! Luis (in the office) has been wonderful with helping out with any issue we have including when we were out of town and needed a package

A wonderful community, super clean and safe, a home-like feel, filled with nature all around, close by to lots of fun things to do, including beaches, farms, casinos, mystic seaport, shopping/groceries etc!
Heather has been a huge help in our apartment process- she is amazing! So kind, helpful, and super organized as well as informative! Highly recommend!!! Always there when you need her!
Luis is wonderful! Very detailed oriented, also so kind, friendly, and super helpful in our entire apartment process! Also, always available
