As far as I'm concerned, this company is a scam taking people's money and taking advantage of housing urgency in the city.
They ran my credit report and accepted an application for a building that was not available to be rented, and they have been doing so on that unit for 2 months, so who knows how many others they scammed.
They only communicate through third-party applications and it is impossible to get a hold of somebody when you need them, I could only imagine how terrible it must be to live in one of their buildings.

KeyOpp company is a worst nightmare for tenants and owners. Initially when they started managing the property Lawrence was responsive, reliable and helpful in all property management affairs related to our unit. However after a few months everything went "downhill". They stopped responding to your maintenance requests and follow ups. Completely evading us to complete emergency painting repairs in our unit. Peeling off paint in the kitchen, living , dining room , bathroom. Likely it is a dry rot too. It has been 5 months since last communications were made by Lawrence and his team regarding this

Lawrence and his team have been great. I speak from experience: This is our third property manager for our beloved SF property, which we now rent, and this is the first time we are able to really relax and know someone is looking out for us and our home - as well as our tenants. Lawrence and team saw us through the really challenging Covid onset times as well as some repairs that came up. Very professional, very on point in terms of the correct way to do this. Highly recommend.

I worked with Christopher Milan. I was moving from out of state and Chris helped me see the apartment and got everything set up for when I moved in. I drove in and there was a moment of utter dismay when I had thought my car was stolen with all my belongings inside. Chris was on the ball getting the police and the home office involved. He was able to determine that due to my being new in the city I had just parked in a different location (the buildings were identical). Chris is a wonderful asset to this firm and an amazing person to work with especially if you are moving from far away.

My parents moved overseas, my husband and I needed to find a reliable property manager to give them a steady retirement income with peace of mind.
I turned to yelp and narrowed my search down to 3 property managers in San Francisco. I reached out to all three, Lawrence with Keyopp was the first to respond. We chose Keyopp because we really liked Lawrence as a person and were impressed with his depth of knowledge.
Lawrence found the perfect tenant for my parents' property and exceeded our income expectation. We vacated the house on 6/15 and they already have a tenant lined up to move in on 6/26

I have had a great experience working with KeyOpp. I like how the website was easy to navigate and the KeyOpp team took the proper precautions for the move-in with COVID-19 in mind. I’m glad to have Kelly as my point person for the new house. Kelly was and continues to be very helpful, compassionate and responsive.
