I wish I could give it zero stars. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Despite the name this is definitely not a hotel. Please if you're traveling do NOT stay here. There are other much nicer places at a comparable price.

Couldn’t give it 0 stars. The worst place I’ve lodged at. There was a lady asking for “Garrfield” that knocked on all the doors including ours multiple times a night keeping me in my family when I had to go to work in the morning at 6AM. There was even times where she tried to peer in and come in. We got no sleep.. They did nothing about it. Thankfully my husband was there. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Don't be fooled. Substance abusers presence everywhere. Smells like smoke. Trash all out front. Dirty sheets. Went to target to buy my own clean sheets and towels and wash clothes, Lysol and all. Bathroom floor was dirty. I was disgusted beyond words. Hotel manager wouldn't give me my money saying my room smelled liked smoke. I don't smoke smh. All the rooms smell like smoke.

The hotel was TERRIBLE. When we got there we first noticed the multiple stains and holes in our bedsheets and pillows! Not to the obnoxious people in the other rooms smoking everywhere and no regard for others. As soon as I touched the bed I started to feel itchy, there were also a bunch of flies. Also, I checked out the bathroom and there were BUGS in the bathtub. GROSS. Get better service. This is disgusting.

This is the most vile disgusting dirty dangerous vomit inducing "hotel" I've ever been in in my entire life. I've been in jail cells that were 10 times cleaner. I'm now home washing my clothing for fear of vermin. This hell hole should not exist.

The room has TV, AC, Bathroom. However the cleaning can be improved the bedsheets where stained and the towels as well. The wall of the room were also stained with something and my room had a very strong smell of cigarette.
In my opinion, if you need a place to have just a rest of one night, if you don't have family with you also you're looking for a "economic" place, it could be the place for you otherwise, you should look for another option.
The upside is the parking.

The worst hotel ever! Rooms are disgusting, not even swept! There's stains on the sheets and what looks like tabaco spit año the sheet. There's a lot of stains and scratches on the walls and the room reeks of smoke.

You're def getting what you pay for at this place. Rooms are spacious, and I'm not sure if this was just my room but I left with various red bites and scratches on me and my friends bodies. So be careful of bed bugs here.

So, for $81 all in, my expectations were fairly low, and this hotel just barely passed.

Rooms seemed reasonably clean, although worn around the edges and both rooms I was in smelled like cigarette smoke.

Panhandlers hanging out under the staircase to the second floor didn't inspire a lot of confidence in security.

Front desk staff were polite, and it's an $80 hotel in DC, so not a bad deal -- but I'll look for another place to stay next time.

Every time we visit DC, we always stay at this hotel. This hotel is NOT in the heart of downtown where all of the attractions and sights are. It is NOT within walking distance of really anything, so if you planned on walking everywhere, you may want to consider having an Uber or Lyft drive you to a monument and drop you off so that you can avoid paying for parking. That being said, we stay at this hotel because it is hands down the cheapest motel in the area in my opinion. It IS a motel, not a hotel. You access your room from the outside. It's a basic motel, nothing fancy at all, but super

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's perfectly adequate if you are just looking for a place to crash at the end of a long day. There are a couple of restaurants that are close by, within walking distance . The Smokehouse was good. There is also a liquor store, a Target and a Starbucks in the Target store. A few places you can walk to if you need something. The free parking was key. Most hotels charge $50-$60 a night. We left our car at the hotel and used Uber to sightsee. That way we didn't have to deal with parking at all.

There are only 2 half pillows on a king size bed. I thought that must be a mistake so I tried to call the front desk. The first time I called there was no answer. The second time I called the person said they would check and let me know. He never called back so my husband went to the front desk to ask again. The person said he had to ask his manager. Again never got back to us. We went into the office again a while later and now we were told by another person that there is no one there to ask. There is also metal rod poking out of the side of the bed (see pic) and the room smells weird. Will definitely

Stayed here because of the great price for how close it was to downtown DC. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and the sheets clearly had cigarette burns in them.

One of the mornings of our stay a housekeeping employee attempted to barge in at 8 am even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door. She couldn't get in because the top door stopper.. so she came back with another staff member.. I had to get up out of bed to figure out what was happening.. they claimed I was suppose to check it already.. I informed them that my checkout was the following day.. odd.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! First of all, I want to congratulate whoever the photographer who took the photos on their website is- they sure fooled me.

I pulled up and realized that this is basically a motel that I paid $180 to stay in for the night. I went into the check in process with an open mind- check in went fine and I was surprised when they gave me a little snack bag as a "welcome." However, the mood changed drastically as soon as I entered my hotel room. The place was filthy. Everytime I would walk around the room, dirt and God-knows what else got onto my socks and onto the

Hello,

I stayed here for 10 nights Dec. 14th thru the 24th. I was a little surprised to find it was a motel style set-up in a big city like DC. I love this place. I pulled my car right up to my room and unpacked. The place is very clean inside and out. The rooms are very comfortable. Every morning I got coffee form the lobby and the dispenser was always full and brew was hot. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks!

Oh man. Where do I start?
I guess I'll start at the beginning.
I booked this room off Travelocity. I was seeking an alternative to the Fairfield Inn that I stayed at just a few blocks up the street, as I was on a bit of a budget. I saved over $300 switching to this hotel...you get what you pay for.
I remember this building from my last stay. I believe it was a burned out shell of a building, so I was skeptical from the start. However, after reading generally very positive reviews, I decided the price was worth the risk.
What follows is what I believe to be a story of good intentions

The place was clean, both interior and exterior. Coffee machine in the room with good coffee. A bag of snack and water on check-in. No free breakfast. Microwave in lobby. Washing machine in hallway. Just few miles from downtown, but it might take 20 to 30 minutes because of traffic. I would say above my expectation for the money.

Well, I chose this hotel from Hotels.com. The few reviews I read were acceptable and good. So, I went ahead and chose this hotel for a 10 day stay in D.C.

I did not rent a car, I used Uber to get to the spots I wanted to visit. What I learned from the Uber drivers was: "What kind of people am I picking up"... and... How can anyone staying in this place afford to pay Uber...

Turns out, this used to be a motel where the nocturnal working types would bring their special guests. Also, it used to be a motel used by homeless individuals...

Well, I had no idea where I had gone. When we

This place was a nightmare... pictures on the site is not what I saw. This place is more of a motel than a hotel. I honestly don't know this area, but it's not the best neighborhood to be in at night. Crackheads we're running around the parking lot. Got to the room which was on the first floor, which clearly said no smoking, room reeked of cigarettes. Spray couldn't even get rid of it! Dead flies on the window, right outside of a railroad station. Bathroom looked dingy.... I was scared to go barefoot. Peephole has no glass. I could keep going, this place is a joke! I'm
