Immaculate, spacious, well ventilated studio for smaller intimate classes to feel safe. Plus, no loud thumping bass music playing to prevent hearing instructions effectively. Plenty of modifications for pre-existing injuries, as an older person trying to stay fit and flexible this is the right tempo for me.

This is an amazing workout to build your core and not be at risk for injury. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. You can get a great work out in 50 minutes and not really feel sore afterwards. I highly recommend Power Pilates to anyone interested in strengthening their core.

The classes at Power Pilates have transformed my body. I’ve lost inches and pounds. My massage therapist said to keep doing what I’m doing because my muscles have never felt better. Weird, I know, but I’ve always had overly tight and sore muscles. The instructors here are the best! They challenge you in each class and introduce new reformer exercises regularly. You won’t get bored. I can’t say enough great things about Power Pilates.

The instructors are knowledgeable, fun and professional. They keep an eye on your form during class to ensure you gain the most from class. It has been extremely beneficial to me physically as I have some back issues. I have had fewer chiropractic adjustments since i joined in mid October and overall feel stronger. I highly recommend Power Pilates.
