Every Utopia meal is crafted by James Beard-recognized Chef Mike Smith and industry-leading dietitian Dr. Carol Ireton-Jones, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and a balanced ratio of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. It's real food-no pills, no powders, no fads. We know what you eat matters - at Utopia we only use grass fed beef, free-range chicken, cage-free eggs, top grade lean tenderloin, and even better, there are no artificial preservatives.
Every workout is supervised by our trainers to help set your machines, ensure correct form, and cheer you on. Our workouts are built on the concept of strength training to the point of muscle failure. But it's not nearly as dramatic as it sounds, we promise.

I suffered an injury from working out here, and had to see a chiropractor. When I called Utopia and asked if I could put my membership on hold in July, they gladly said I could as a medical leave, and would not be charged starting July 2021. Since then they have continued to charge my card, and when I called recently they referred me to email a new manager, Ross, instead. I emailed the new manager and he told me since he is now the new manager he can't do anything about it! He said since he took over in August, he can't change anything from the previous manager. Absolutely love coming here to workout and the food is delicious too! I see results in my body and feel better. It's convenient and efficient to come twice a week for 20-30 minutes to get a great work out in that you feel good about afterwards. Very friendly and helpful staff that are knowledgeable about the workouts and food. Variety of foods to choose from and honestly haven't tasted anything I didn't like. I definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to get fit or just wanting to eat healthier!
