I am visiting from out of town and was looking for a place to workout during my stay. I found ProCore by happenstance and I could not be more impressed!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! The experience, the knowledge of the coaches and the philosophy makes this gym a hidden gem. I come from SoCal, a mecca for fitness, and ProCore hands down surpasses anything I've encountered in the LA metropolis. This gym literally makes me want to move to Texas! Best part of my trip was ProCore. Thanks Justin and Team for the great workout and the overall positive and inspirational vibe! You guys rock!

I’ve been going to ProCore since they opened. I have been involved with their Fitlane classes, their weight loss challenges, and personal training. In all of these, their trainers do a fantastic job of assessing my needs and provide the guidance to achieve my fitness goals. They do a great job of keeping the program fresh and fun. I have been very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of all of the trainers that I have worked with. I always recommend ProCore to my friends.

If you want time efficient scientifically based workouts in small group setting go here! Trainers take into account individual bodies and workout focus changes monthly. Functional workouts that improve everything you do. They make sure you are doing exercises correctly and modify if needed. My back pain vanished! Personal training and nutritional counseling available too as is use of Facility. Very clean.

Kelli has been a great fit for me! In the past when I tried to get on a health kick, it was a major pain-in-the-butt chore, and it was hard to tell if it was making a difference. Kelli and I worked together, trying multiple approaches, and found routines I actually enjoy and look forward to. Now I’m even working out at home and loving it!!

At ProCore Fitness, I have enjoyed working out for several months now with the most amazing Personal Trainer, Amanda Fletcher. Having lost 20 pounds and down 4 jean sizes, I feel so much better and I am much more confident!
Amanda is very knowledgeable, and keeps me motivated to work harder while also making it fun. The best part is the stretch at the end of each Session!

Justin is the best trainer in the world. I moved to Dallas to work with him after a devastating car accident had paralyzed me. Although I was recovering, there was only one place that I could do that at 100%. During my Six months working with Justin and Erich, I gained a lot more control over my limbs. I put on 30lbs and I feel fantastic. People walk past me and have no clue I was ever Quadriplegic. Justin's unique training methods were specifically tailored for my needs. His entire staff is great and I truly felt at home in the facility. I've never had so much fun doing hard work.

A good friend and personal trainer I was working with introduced me to ProCore Fitness a little over four years ago, and I’ve been going there since. ProCore is much more than a place to work out as you are welcomed like family and truly cared for. I have learned a great deal about nutrition, and proper exercise. I have made good friends and enjoy working out with them there. The trainers care about you and treat you as equal. ProCore maintains a clean facility and keeps their equipment in good order. My favorite thing about working out there is the feel of personal training in their small group

ProCore Fitness is a World Class Gym! They have an extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled coaching staff. Super efficient set up with tons of options. Updated and cutting edge equipment. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. It is probably the cleanest gym I have EVER been too. The entire place looks immaculate. ProCore Fitness is fully equipped with bathrooms to shower and change in. It is an overall great customer/workout experience!

ProCore: What a great place! I couldn't feel anymore at home than at ProCore. It is such a friendly personable place. The personal trainers are fantastic and have many different training styles to choose from. They really listen to your needs and will tailor the program just for you. The small group classes are fun and there are many to choose from. If you are looking for a welcoming small gym with positive vibes, you should check it out!

My husband and I were looking into joining ProCore to get personal training or join the group workouts. The first day we came, the front desk lady was very nice and set us up to come the next day to get a tour of the center and to discuss options. We met with the owner and talked with him for about an hour and a half going through an assessment of what we are looking for and what our fitness goals are. It was nice to have a trainer actually do this as we hadn't experienced that from the past personal training gym we were going to! This was a plus to us.

High end training!
When I came to Procore Fitness I was completely out of shape, and could barely even keep up with my peers in the boot camp classes. Fast forward 3 months and I am already so much stronger and healthier. Let's be honest, if you're looking for a regular gym then by all means go sign up for one of those chain gyms down the street. However if you're looking for a gym that will bring the best out of you then look no further. The trainers are really friendly and they honestly care about each and everyone of their students. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming

I absolutely love this gym! The owners, trainers and clients are wonderful. The facilities are clean and state of the art.....the trainers are helpful and very motivating. The staff are always friendly and there is a variety of classes and training options. Being a member of ProCore is truly like having a family! A HEALTHY family! :) I have been a member since ProCore opened and highly recommend it to everyone.

AMAZING FACILITY! Clean, state of the art equipment, positive upbeat staff!!! I love the ability to sign up, come in and get an awesome intense workout in 45minutes!!! No waiting for class to get a spot, no waiting on equipment!!!! Happy employees equal happy members!!! Initially discovered this gym while on the hunt for Caveman Coffee, saw that they offered a trail week for $20 so decided to try it out. Glad I did! Went to two early morning group classes with an instructor named Paula. She had great energy and kept me moving, even at 5 in the morning.
The gym is divided by a wall into two sections. One side focuses on the group classes, while the other has more of a 'gym' layout. Both areas are very clean and the staff is always there to lend a hand.
Enjoyed my trail week so much decided to continue my fitness journey with ProCore Fitness!

I was in Southlake to visit some friends for a week and heard about ProCore fitness from them. I went and checked it out and man was it great! Justin the owner was awesome. His fitness knowledge and the staff they have there are spot on. The fit lanes are real genius. They need to have a ProCore in NYC!
