Service is 10/10 it is really outstanding everybody is happy to help and always there if you need something. (Our toilet was not working in the evening and also there we found a solution with the service people.)
Room 5/10 we had a lot of mold in our bath that was not so awesome. The furniture is standard it’s not really special or so. It’s basic I would say. And the thing what goes on our nerves all the time was our door. Sometimes the door opens and sometimes not. So you stand outside and try to get in sometimes more than 3 minutes
Location 10/10 it is super closed to the beach and restaurants

2 diff kinds of bugs in room 102, mold/mildew in bathroom and living room and the shower head leaks all over the ceiling and wall. Hallway doors to other guest rooms slam all night and echo down the hall. The only bright spot? The 2 girls at the front desk, but when I was checking in and before I saw the room, I asked if the rooms were nice and 1 girl said, "You get what you pay for." So true.

I wouldn’t rate it 3 stars. The staff aren’t friendly and helpful. They are treating you the way you are out of your place to ask just one question. Their english is so poor. The rooms come with refrigerator although we have been told otherwise. However, there is no microwave or plates or coffee maker available in the rooms. They have vending machines on the first floor which you can get your coffee from. Also, there is a microwave there. If you have already booked with them, there is a liquor store right next to it and a pizza hut. Within walking distance you can go on beach and enjoy it.

The only interaction we had with the staff was at check in and check out. At check in the guy wasn’t the friendliest, but got us checked in. Parking costs $15/night. The beds were super uncomfortable. The place was as clean as it could be, a new AC unit had been put in, but the place was a little rusted up. This isn’t a place where you should expect to spend multiple hours in. It’s for those people who just need a place to sleep and do the rest of their activities outdoor. This place is probably not as good as any of the “Choice Hotels (Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, etc.), but not as bad as

Honestly the only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was right across the street from the beach and there were tons of restaurants in walking distance. Other than that the room smelled of mold and mildew, the sheets and pillowcases and mattress pad had hair all over it, the sheets the bed skirt were stained, the bathroom had roaches, the tile in the shower was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in forever, the bathroom door was warped due to water damage and the night stand and desk had water damage. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and were extremely disappointed

Okay location.... about 25 mins from the strip and 30 from the airport but had a lot of stores and stuff around it. There was a liquor store next door. I found blood on my bed sheets and when I called the front desk to let them know they said “Okay, hold on” then hung up. I was on my way downstairs when I met the housekeeper in the stairwell who was on her way upstairs to change the sheets. They never apologized for it... just sent housekeeping up without tell me beforehand. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. I also had to call for washcloths because there were none in my room. I stayed here for here for 4 days and it was honestly a great stay! We originally paid for a 2 double queen bed room but for some reason there was an error made and our room was given away, so they upgraded us to a King size bed with a sofa bed but it was big enough for my friend and I stay to just sleep in the King. We had a balcony that viewed the pool (we didn't go in because we'd rather go to the beach), walk in closet, the air conditioning was great and the water pressure was good. The only complaint I have was I didn't see any sign for an elevator and the hallways are kinda small and the
