We may regulate the time, manner, and place of parking all cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles. Motorcycles or motorized bikes must not be parked inside an apartment, on sidewalks, under stairwells, or in handicapped-parking areas. We may have any unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles towed according to state law at the owner or operator's expense at any time.

21 Gramercy is such an amazing place to live. This community is outstanding and a great escape from everything. It's quiet, spacious, and everything a new young, working adult could want from an apartment complex. The parking is numerous and the amenities are fantastic. Not to mention the 21 Gramercy Park staff are all super friendly and beyond helpful. The maintenance team at 21 Gramercy Park are also outstanding. I've been drafting and working on this review for a couple months now, as I do not want it to sound like a rant. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
I paid extra for a pool view, was told at move in that the pool is closed at night. I was calling emergency maintenance most nights all summer to have them get loud people out of the pool at 10-12 at night. THEY WILL ENTER YOUR UNIT UNANNOUNCED. I was home alone undressed one time and maintenance came in (without being called), I had to tell them to leave while i hid behind a corner. COMPLETELY inappropriate. While I was moving out

Honestly a great place to stay, literally best bang for your buck in college station, not a party complex. There's always rabbits near the pool at night, it's just far enough away from all the city hustle to be easy. Whoever the old management was must have done a horrible job but I promise they are far away from this place. Would give 6 stars if I could.

As a former resident of 21 Gramercy I fully recommend making this your new home. I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. During this time my husband and I had our first baby and wanted a place that was safe, well maintained, and pet friendly. Most of the places we looked at before where student housing and where happy to find a family friendly apartment complex. The staff was always nice and would always say hello when I pushed my stroller by on our daily walks to the community dog park. We also really liked that they provided grills in the community area right outside
