This place is absolutely disgusting. Horrible management that does not care about its residents or upkeep of the facility.
There are cockroaches everywhere. They will not fix anything even though you put a work order in.
And when you try to talk to management about it they get very angry and start yelling at you. Please avoid this place if possible.

When we went to move in we signed and put down a deposit to move on the 10th when our marriage was the 8th. When we got back from the honeymoon we were informed that we were not allowed to move in that day even after showing that we signed to move on the 10th. Lady in the office screamed at me and told me it wasn’t her problem and to “just get a hotel”. I was completely disrespected. After we got to move in the toilet constantly overflows onto the floor, the AC has to constantly run for it to hold temp due to poor insulation. They put a notice on the doors that there was pest inspections

This complex is by far the best I’ve lived in! The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. They work so fast and they are always there when you need them it doesn’t matter what time of the day or night. And the assistant manager Jane is great too! This will be our second year here and anytime we’ve ever needed anything they have been more than glad to help. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an apartment before buying your first home.

I'm very grateful for hickory grove, we love everything about our apartment, it's a clean and classy place to live. The staff is very prompt and work hard to meet the tenants needs, we had an emergency and it was taken care of the same evening. Thank you hickory grove for making our apartment feel like home.

My family just recently moved in to hickory grove and by far its the best experience we've had. Beth went above and beyond to work with us and help us through the process and explained everything we needed to know. We love our apartment! Any questions we had were answered along with any concerns. Its very quiet over here which is a huge loving factor! We very much love this place! Highly recommend!
