My experience at the Carlyle was fantastic! The complex was nice, clean and exactly as advertised. The gym has everything you could need and the business center was fantastic! The neighbors were friendly, welcoming and kind. The best part about the experience was the team of Deedee and Irving. They made me feel welcome from the first moment I called throughout my entire stay at the Carlyle. This is a great place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

I have been apartment hunting for a few months and I have gone to literally every apartment complex in Tulsa and Broken Arrow. When I took the tour at The Carlyle i was so impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the professionalism of the property manager Annastazia Valdez. A friend of mine who is retired lives at the Carlyle and she is always raving about how awesome the complex manager is. Every time she has a problem or a question Annastazia is always available to help. A while back my friend had a problem with another tenant and I was impressed on how well she handled the situation. If you are thinking about renting an apartment at this complex i recommend you do. It will be the best renting experience you will have.

The Carlyle Apartments is a great community to live in! I've been here since July 2020, and so much has changed. The new management team is great! They're courteous, helpful and prompt. Anastasia has been here from the beginning, and she's been so wonderful! She's always been so, helpful, attentive to our needs and prompt to respond anytime I've needed her. I love how the maintenance team has stepped up and things are getting done in a more timely manner. I've lived here over 6 years and it has became a better environment under new ownership and management. The new property manager [Annastazia] seems to genuinely care about the residents and resolves issues in a timely fashion.
