The place was filled with rats despite us being clean people, since January we have trapped countless numbers of rats they gave us an option: we could break the contract for an absurd amount of money or move into a smaller apartment and paying more than we are now.
If I were you don’t move here.
The pool is sometimes nasty but always cold but they have a pool heater, the showers for the pool are freezing cold and the service is horrible.

I had the pleasure of being shown my potential home by Tyeccia. Tyeccia was very professional, informative and pleasant. I decided to pursue the property as my future home. I'm excited. Used to be a much better run operation under previous management company.
When I first moved in my building was one of two buildings that were designated dog free. Under new management they allow all manner of dogs which has now gotten out of control. Dogs 🐕 barking at all times, once found dog fece in the hall way. The one positive in the maintenance unit who do a great 👍 job responding in a timely manner, friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay! I lived here for over 6 years. The maintenance staff is prompt, courteous and fixes any issues usually on the same day itself. Mr. Boucher, the property manager has always been accommodating of any requests and was fair in terms of lease renewal rates. Lease renewals were competitive with other similar apartments in the vicinity. Snow removal and clean up is prompt as well.
