I lived here for 3 years, there were many problems at this place.
No security for the vehicles : there were couple of car tires stolen incidents.
The apartments were installed with cheap quality stuff and the walls were pathetic, you can always listen your neighbor.
Mice infested apartments.
When moved out, they didn’t even bother about informing me of deducting my security deposit. I was later informed, only when after i called them - there were marks on the carpet. I asked for sharing the photos of the marks on carpet - they didn’t shared the pictures. Not sure how big the mark on the

I'm very disappointed by what I'm hearing about the state of these apartments. My son moved into an apartment in August, and had nothing but issues since then. Although initial problems with the AC were fixed, simple things like the front door not shutting correctly and open holes in the ceiling have not been resolved... and why the apartment was painted yellow before the move in is hard to understand. I'm looking for answers?

I generally don't post the reviews, esp the negative ones but I believe after a year of facing the issue it’s time for it.
I have been living in Pavilions since March 2020. First of all the apartment condition at the time of move in was not pleasant at all. Dish washer not working, apt was dirty, corners of windows not painted well. I vacuumed the apartment right after move in and if someone would have seen the dirt bag of the vacuum, no one would say that the carpet was even vacuumed forget about shampoo. I left an email to lady who worked on my lease and she never responded and then we went

Its 1:36 am and someone is playing music very loudly,It woke me up and I have difficulty sleeping, The property is fairly well run and maintenance responds to any problems reported in a reasonable manner, I am not sure about resigning my lease as I am being priced out,I wonder about safety as a few months ago wheels were stolen from cars on the property. The off staff is pleasant but the breezeway needs attention

Pavilions continues to be my home since the last 5+ years. Great amenities which are well maintained along with ample parking space and walkway.
Management staff are friendly and super helpful. Kudos to Mindy and the entire team. Maintenance guys are prompt and most of the work orders are addressed in a day, they stopped by on Labor Day to fix an issue. Great going Dan and his team.
Over the years the management has conducted several community events and fun activities for the residents. Overall a fabulous place to live. Thank you Pavilions

The people in the Pavilions office are awful and very unpleasant and not helpful at all. Be very careful taking a lease here. Our apartment flooded twice and we had to move out for a few days while the place was cleaned. It then always smelled of mold and on top of it all we had to submit damages to our insurance company causing our renters insurance to be cancelled after the second time. They never offered to help us move into another unit after the second flood. Place is not clean and facility amenities were always under repair. Horrible place to live, do yourself a favor and stay away!! :(

Loved just about everything here. The property management team specifically Mindy and Courtney are really dedicated and put their tenants first. Any issues I had they were always quick to resolve. The maintenance team is outstanding, even when they’re running around they always stop and say hi when I was walking with my dog. A real sense of community there.
My only issue was you don’t really know who’s coming in and out of the complex so I would’ve liked hang tags for resident vehicles or assigned parking spaces.
Other than that location is great and they have plenty of different floor
