SCAM APARTMENTS!!! Do not move in. I moved out because I had to accept a job in another state, I paid all legal fees and they NEVER paid me back my remaining security deposit. Fast forward a year later....still no trace of my money. An absolute scam of a company. I have proof of them calling me one day asking where to send my remaining security deposit amount to the next day, making up a $600 charge I do not owe. They have debt collectors calling me over this made up scam charge. This is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the money, headache and Drama, this staff is HORRIBLE. I left my apartment

The best community.I lived here around 6 months unfortunately had to leave due to job change.loved the stay here and got very good memories.Loved to come back and stay.I would recommend.
Only one problem is when people are breaking the lease.need to consider their situation also and give them a chance to sublease the apartment as per their conditions we need to pay rent till the apartment gets rented this is really bad.Apart from this everything good.

It has been a month since we moved
Love the place
It’s nearby to Walmart, Shoppes at buckland hills and lot of other stores
It’s located in the best area of the city Manchester
Maintenance is good and quick
It’s just I feel at this cost it could have been more luxurious compared to other apartments in this area
Gym needs to be a little big with more exercise machines in it
Kitchen space is little small
Carpet needs to be changed seems bit rough
If you live on ground floor the patio is of no use as you have all shredded leaves,spiders,webs as a guest all time

High quality apartment! Everything about this neighborhood is perfect! I have the best view of Manchester from my balcony. Wendy from the leasing office helped us out through the leasing process brilliantly. It's been 6 months since we have lived here and not a single complain related to maintenance or management.
