I'll be moving back in to Ribbon Mill for the third time with my girlfriend after having lived there once with my brother and once with my best friends. Patti and Jared run a super tight ship here. The apartments are always clean and ready to go on move in, the building is kept in immaculate shape and if a problem does arise it's quickly remedied by the staff. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. This was the first apartment I lived in after leaving my parents house and when my girlfriend and I were looking for a place together Ribbon Mill immediately came to mind. Highly recommended

I have to say I've been a tenant here for a long time. The staff is amazing from Patty to Jerrod, and new staff Samantha and Max. For instance yesterday I came home and I pay extra for a front row parking. Max plowed the space for me so I could park. This is the level of satisfaction they give here.

Me and my wife lived here for five years and had a wonderful time living at Ribbon Mill. We never had any problems hearing other tenants as we have seen at other apartments. Management and maintenance were always very attentive and easy to get ahold of. Additionally as a military family the management team was familiar with the challenges of military life and very supportive of us during our time here. We are happy to have called Ribbon Mill our home!

Ribbon mill has been a fantastic place to live for the past several years. The building and apartments have so much character, but it’s the people who manage the building who really set this place a part. Patti and Jared go above and beyond for their residents. I’ve been consistently impressed by their compassion and care, and would absolutely recommend living here.

I currently live in ribbon mill apartments. The pool and all amenities are great. Patti and the team really keeps up with maintaining the grounds and cleaning communal spaces. Any time there is any snow/ice in the forecast, they do a phenomenal job of salting and preparing for the snow. The parking lots are always cleared in a timely manner. any questions or concerns that i have patti is always there to help.
The neighbors are also very nice and polite and make it such a wonderful place to live.

This is one of the best apartments in the area. I consider myself lucky to be a tenent in this apartment. I was looking for an apartment close to my new office and happen to walk into the right place. The building is smaller than other Mills, therefore, the environment is much better. Particularly, manager Patti is so nice and treat her tenants as family members. She is very professional, attaining and accommodating. Super Jared is also very nice and made the moving in condition much better than I expected. By the way, heating and hot water are included in the rent, this is a big deal during Connecticut

We lived here for a year a half and it’s been a great place that we happily called home. Apartments are clean and beautiful, maintenance team is very responsive and is on point. I once needed a toilet issue fixed late at night at maintenance team resolved within 30 minutes of my call.
Patti, the property manager, goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home. She is very flexible and accommodating. Residents are friendly and kind.

I am a very, very long time resident of Ribbon Mill and couldn't imagine living in any other apartment. Patti and Jared go above and beyond to keep Ribbon Mill a great place to call home. It's a welcoming and friendly community. And for people who like a lot of stuff, I dare you to find an apartment with better closet space.
