Pines Of Lanier

Their website has inaccurate pricing, and availability. They don't answer the phone, had to go to their office to ask questions. They had nothing available even though the website said otherwise.

This apartment complex is not some place to live. It is full of residents walking around with severe mental heath issues. While I am understanding of the population it serves, it is not a place you would want to raise children and wouldn't be concerned for their safety.

Called multiple times and left voicemails. Their email address is not on their website so I had to go in person to the office for something that could've taken 2 minutes to answer on the phone. Was encouraged to submit an application but when I tried contacting them again to schedule a tour they never responded. They're either only taking the money from applications submitted online or it just goes to show their unprofessional and poor communication.

Approval was very fast, quiet complex apartment had fresh paint,new carpet and new clean appliances

ETA in response to Pines of Lanier: This is not my real name, so you will not find me in your system. I do that to protect myself. I have already reached out and did not receive a response. It has been more than long enough. I really don't have an issue if the apartment was filled, but you need to be transparent and my application fee should have been refunded, as my credit wasn't even run. At this point, I am not longer interested in the complex nor my fee, just a heads up to future applicants. Thanks.
I applied and met the requirements entirely and was above them. I have no evictions, no bankruptcies

APARTMENT M1
This place is a fraud! They will leave you with holes in your walls for months, spray paint over mold claiming it fixed a issue while your dog is in the apartment. Pretty much leave you homeless while they “work on your apartment”, and wanna change you a months worth a rent when the apartment wasn’t fit to live in! The landlord will not text nor email you back after you move out regarding rent etc. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HELL HOLE!

So my gf and I saw this place had a loft available online. We paid the application fee of $57 dollars for the application to process and awaited a reponse. They emailed us back like a week later saying we had been approved but never gave us an exact move in date. The office was closed due to covid -19 which was underatandable so they give you a number to call which they never answer. They have always been good to me I have lived here for almost ten and half years and it is very quiet and very clean ! Lot of the neighbors we sit out side and gather to talk or to listen to music! Lindsey in the front office has help a lot of us she always there when you or the maintenance staff is needed I know that sometimes it take maintains lil longer to fix things but ken is a busy man can’t do it all by his self !

Lindsey in the front office has been so helpful during the whole process! She answered any questions we had quickly and is very helpful. It's pretty quiet and the people around here are very friendly. The apartments themselves are very nice and have plenty of space. I absolutely recommend Pines of Lanier.

This place is shady, believe the bad reviews. I travel for work and needed a cheap second residence. Filled out the application and was told I would hear from someone within 72 hours. No one ever contacted me. Called, no answer, and voicemail is always full. I went to the office in person, no one was there during business hours. I did see that the application fee was drafted from my account. Two weeks later I was able to find someone at the office. I just wanted my money back. I was told the apartment I applied for was rented and it took so long because it was hard to get in contact with my employer
