This is without question, the most wonderful place I have lived in…hands down. Century Arbor Place is a 6 star apartment complex under the management of Ms Barbara Hickman. She is one of the most beautiful people I have met since I moved to Georgia. My fiancé and I met Barbara in 2015 when stopped Century Arbor to check on an apt. They were having a pool party for the tenants in Barb insisted we join in the fun. We were given a whole pizza before we left…we stood talking and enjoying ourselves so much that we stayed another 20-30 mins at which time we were given a second pizza. Needless to

I have to rave about the leasing team here! The application process was easy and super quick. Debra answered all of my questions and was very thorough. Wanda and Barbara are sweethearts as well. They welcome you with open arms to the community. The renovations they’ve done to the apartments are amazing, from the stainless steel appliances to the marble counter tops. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Arbor Place is an outstanding community to live in. Any questions or concerns regarding my apartment was handled by Mrs.Barbara, she knows exactly how to handle any situation that is thrown her way and I must say her professionalism is like no other. Her beautiful smile is welcoming and made me feel right at home. I rate Arbor Place Apartments a 10/10! Living here at Arbor Place has been beyond amazing. It’s coming up on my fourth year of being here. I moved into a two bedroom about a year ago and the transition was super smooth. Ms. Barbara has continued to be a phenomenal property manager and definitely makes sure everything is taken care of. The complex itself continues to get better every year. Arbor Place is most definitely the best apartment complex to live in.

I have been living at Arbor Place since about 2018 and we’ve moved into 3 different apartments in the complex and I each transition was smooth and pretty much no issue. Everyone working in the complex is pretty nice but Mrs. Barbara is just exceptionally amazing. From the moment I met her she’s been a God-send to myself and my girlfriend. She’s literally the best apartment manager I’ve ever met or had. I know that if anything is wrong or needs attention that she will take care of it with ease and that always means the most to me. There’s no possible way that anyone could not love this

Love, Love, Love this place! Mrs. Barbara, but I call her Mrs. B because she is the best! Mrs. Barbara stays on top of this place, she makes sure things are done and gets done! She is very understanding, easy to talk to and always willing to work with you, very sweet lady.....I don't know what this apartment would be without her. I’ve been in this complex for a little over 3 years now and I have loved living here more that just about any other place. Mrs. Barbara is one of the most hard working, sweet, caring, humble people you could ever meet. Her spirit is SO warm and accepting to EVERYONE. It’s really hard to find that in an apartment manager these days. Her office staff are always extremely pleasant. The complex itself is always really quiet and clean. The pandemic presented some issues that I’m sure were unforeseen, as with MANY OTHER establishments and businesses, but Mrs. Barbara made it her business to explain

When we first moved here we were so excited! After being here for barely a year, If I could give 0 stars I would ! I have been living here since July of last year! From the time we moved in we had no A/C. Over the course of living here, our A/C has went out several times, after numerous maintenance requests they attempted to fix it, but most recently did not replace the filter. Our hot water stopped working, our garbage disposal broke, recently our washing machine broke, and our water heater has been leaking constantly. It stopped for a little while and has been broken ever since. We have puddles
