One thing I can say about this property is that all the roaches in Douglas county live here. Pest control is not enough and my only issue is if I tell you to keep me on pest control please do just that. To my dismay I was removed from pest control and had to go tell them to put me back on it. If I have to pay rent every month. Then I need pest control everytime they come. These roaches are so bad I have to look down everytime I turn a light on. I am too clean to be living like I am nasty. šš

Living at Lakeside at Arbor Place has been a pleasure. All of the staff is kind, professional and understanding. They all work very hard to service their tenants. For instance, I contacted the office about getting a few more lights in the parking lot of my building; approximately two weeks later, Kimberly, the senior manager, had that parking lot LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE!! And of course, I cannot forget to mention Lisa, the Leasing Specialist, and Ari, the Assistant Manager, who are always pleasant, very helpful, and both have a genuine concern for their tenants, and are willing to help you

Currently resident here, honestly a terrible apartment complex the amenities have diminished over the course of my lease while the rent continues to raise. Iāve had graffiti at my doorstep for months and my car has been broken into multiple times. This is a gated complex yet the gate is sometimes wide open for hours or days at a time. Every month you pay a pest control fee but today I was told pest control only comes out to residents who request itā¦ while the āpalmetto bugsā aka roaches run rampant across the complex. I have spoken to the leasing office about my complaints multiple times

Nasty roach infested complex.Management does not care in anyway as long as they get paid. They have no concern to take care of the roaches they expect you to live with them. Pest control does nothing they still keep coming back after spraying. Management has no concern to find who is causing these roaches. Do you self a favor and go somewhere else.
